Anthony was knowledgeable ,skilled and provided great customer service. hopefully i don’t have to but if i need a plumber ,mike diamond is my first call.

We have an old house with old plumbing. Our standpipe is clogged for the washing machine. He was very helpful in advising me about corrosion and problems I need to fix with the pipes.

Anthony N. did a great job and was very professional. On time. Very polite and thorough as to what the problem was. Offered tips on how to maintain it. Kept the space clean, too!! I would highly recommend him and the company.

Anthony thoroughly explained each procedure. I feel like he was so well informed and he checked every possible reason for the problem. He left no stone unturned...great work and friendly personality.

Incredible service!! First, Anthony was polite over the phone and prompt in arrival! (Huge points from the start). Next, he put on booties over his boots before entering the house. Then, he was thorough in his explanation and displayed his expertise providing us with his solution. He asked if we wanted to move forward with the fix with the established cost. He provided before and after photos of the damaged part. He was extremely respectful throughout the interaction. His card will be placed on all of the faucets and plumbing areas so we remember to call him!

Well, it was definitely more than a drain cleaning. Anthony was fantastic and thoroughly making sure that after the service was finished, he went ahead and checked to see if the drainage was still good before he had to leave. He was thorough and answering both my father and I questions over what was the cause of it, what can we do to prevent it, or what would be the next step to repair it. I want to think Janet Savard for reminding my father and I about Mike diamond! They have been around for so long, I believe that because of new companies coming in and doing their own thing and advertisement, I guess I and my father forgotten about them momentarily. It wasn’t until speaking with her that she reminded us about the and it was such a nostalgic reminder of how that company has been around for so long and doing such great service, bringing in such a good attitude, there’s discounts and there’s coupons which I felt it hasn’t existed in quite some time because now everything is barely 5% off of a service. Nowadays companies don’t even feel like a service or that they give you a good service or even great recommendations on financing or even giving you better discounts or coupons. Mike diamond the company itself is doing great with keeping up against other companies and because of it my father and I are sticking with them! I can’t believe that we have forgotten such a great company such as them when we were forcing out thousands of dollars out of our own pockets and struggling month after month, giving these companies money for something that they have fasted. Anthony was remarkable, his company is amazing! Thank you guys so much for keeping the discounts as good as it is now especially in 2025 and same with the services and the coupon! That’s a big deal for me, coupons lol. You hardly ever see that now or there’s barely even something out of that coupon. Thank you so much, Anthony! We’re definitely gonna keep this invoice and call back number to have you back and work on those repairs you’ve mentioned in the future!

It was a wonderful experience with Alejandro. He came out for the heater safety check. As he was working we discussed life span of the unit, the availability of parts if needed. Very knowledgeable and efficient. As it turned out, there was a component that was drawing current out of specifications that needed to be replaced. I had inquired if he’s was able to get the same part from the manufacturer. Alejandro made the call and learned there was one part left. This is when I found out American Standard furnaces were made by Trane. He left to pick up the part from the manufacturer and promptly installed the part. Then he checked the airflow coming out of each heating vent to insure the system was operating properly. A detailed service. Alejandro would have changed the filter also, but I had just replaced the filter the week before. Very thorough.
