I called Olson Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to help me determine if I had a water leak in my Master Shower. Shane arrived and throughly investigated the potential for a leak and gave his expert opinion on a course of action for us to pursue. We greatly appreciated the fact that this service was provided at no charge. My wife and I were so impressed that are very likely to use Olson Plumbing , Heating and Air for all of future plumbing needs.

Called RT Olson to check issues with my toilet. Roxanna answered the call and provided great service. Received a text message telling me technician Adam is on his way. Adam arrived within 20 minutes after I received the text message. He went above and beyond. He quickly diagnosed the issues and provided solutions. What amazed me the most is that he also helped me fix problems left behind by another plumber with a reasonable cost. From the experience I can tell that their business owner Rob Olson and Adam are honest people and they are trying to make things right for their clients. I highly recommend RT Olson.

Shane came to work on a slab leak. An underground broken pipe could have been a disaster. RT Olson company sent Shane out to the rescue. His calm and knowledgeable presence kept a stressful situation under control. He came up with an excellent solution that saved my flooring and did not require tearing up my house. I recently had a heating and air-conditioning company come out to my house RT Olson plumbing Heating And Air. I called four other companies who obviously weren’t worrying about my family. The technician they sent out Tim Eagleson was able to repair one of my air-conditioning systems that was not working. And made me and my family feel that we were important. Shane and Tim are amazing !! They spent 4 hours here doing our water heater flush and AC tuneup.
We ended up joining the VIP membership. Shane even helped clean up our backyard which was very kind and unexpected. We are first time homeowners and they helped explain everything to us. Amazing experience! I woke up to water all over my floors and RT Olson plumbing came out immediately to assess the situation. They guided me throughout the entire process and even helped me get my reroute covered through insurance, which was amazing. I have never seen a plumber do so much to make sure that we were taken care of and did exactly what we needed to get reimbursed by the insurance carrier including speaking directly with my adjuster. They even got me connected with an amazing restoration company who did all the water damage repair work. I super highly recommend this cast and crew to all my contacts.

Shane answered phone after hours Friday night when I first called about my water tank leaking. Very responsive and easy to work with . Answered all my questions and I had a new heater financed & installed the following Monday. I was so impressed with their company, I’m using their sister company Dry County Restoration to do the mold remediation. Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience with RT Olson upgrading my water heaters to tankless as well as adding a new whole house filtration system and softener. The communication and professionallism was outstanding. Very coordinated and clean installation. Highly recommend them!

I had RT Olson Plumbing install a new whole house water softener and filter for my new construction home. Shane was the tech that helped us out. He was knowledgeable and explained everything from quoting us for the work and to completion. He was responsive to all questions during the install and even after. He was timely with his communication and worked neatly. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Tim and his team took it to the next level. I just remodeled my house and needed a new AC system. Tim came out and gave me a great price. They worked with me through the remodel and when it was time they came and finished hooking up the system. You can’t go wrong using R T Olsen. I highly recommend them. I also happen to be a general contractor so I worked with other HVAC people in the past and never got this kind of great service. I will be using them on my other jobs. If I can give them more stars, I would.

Tim did an excellent job installing my thermostat! He was fast, professional, and very kind. He made sure everything was set up correctly and explained what I needed to know. I really appreciated how helpful and patient he was. Great service all around, I would definitely recommend him!
