I especially want to highlight West who not only is a knowledgeable, effective, and efficient plumber but has terrific people skills as well. We had a drain that was leaking everywhere, it created a mess and all seemed lost. West showed up on time, easily explained everything he was going to do, did a perfect job faster than I could have hoped for, and put our minds at ease. Could not recommend this company and West enough, give them a call for all your plumbing needs. Ask for West!

He has taken on everything that has held most people back. He checks in/out everyday (Which most people don't do). I recently hired California Coast Plumbers to install a faucet I had been holding onto for several months. I had been undecided on which company to go with, but after connecting with California Coast Plumbers through a trusted friend, I decided to move forward with them.

They sent out Jesus, who was phenomenal in handling the faucet installation. While on-site, I also asked if he could take care of my bidet installation. He quickly contacted the office for approval, and once confirmed, he completed that job on the spot as well.

Both installations were handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend California Coast Plumbers

He efficiently diagnosed and fixed our leaky pipe, cleaned up everything perfectly afterward, and even gave us some helpful tips for preventative maintenance. California Coast Plumbers are GREAT! They were SUPER responsive, and had our water heater installed within 24 hours. I use Cal Coast Plumbers religiously for work, as most of their technicians are superb and do amazing work. Jesus has gone above and beyond numerous times to help me figure out plumbing issues. Most recently, a tenant was experiencing an odor issue, and Jesus investigated high and low and determined that the issue was not plumbing-related at all.

Most plumbers would have only checked the plumbing and either said they couldn’t find any problems or claimed unnecessary work was required—while the issue would have still persisted. Jesus looked above the ceiling, found the source of the odor, and even identified access points for rodents.
