Normally, I only write reviews when the service I receive is extraordinary or terrible. In this circumstance, Anaheim Plumbing provided great service. I had been suffering with a plumbing problem in my home for quite some time, which was impacting two bathrooms. I called them and received a fast answer with a set time for the following day. The gentleman arrived earlier than expected and fixed my difficulties in minutes. The gentlemen were incredibly professional, finishing the task efficiently and expertly. I haven't had any other problems since. I will use this firm again and strongly suggest their services.

I called this number for a clogged kitchen sink drain and, perhaps because it was 6am, was redirected to a subcontraced service called Always Plumbing.

The tech arrived on time and behaved with professional courtesy, but reeked of cigarettes.

To unclog my drain, I was offered two options, one with a video scope and one without. The quotes for these services was $500 and $700.

I consider this exorbitantly overpriced, and declined service. I paid the diagnostic fee and escorted the tech out the door as quickly as possible.
