Our pool light had burned out. Any pool repair company wanted to replace the whole unit ($1,000 plus). Roman listened, recognized that fixture was not that old. He quickly replaced the bulb with a new LED. Fortunately he only had to put just his head in the very cold water to reinstall the light fixture into the pool wall.
He is my repair guy now!!!

Roman was very responsive in returning calls. I had a leak in my filter system and they came out and fixed it in a timely manner.
I will definitely use their services again.

Such great personal customer service! Our pool was in bad shape chemically when we weren’t in town and Roman was so responsive to my phone calls and to helping me with our pool problems. Some pool equipment had to be bought and installed and he was always on time and his follow through was excellent. Overall his prices, knowledge and expertise was excellent and I will definitely be using him again for all my pool needs! I would highly recommend this company!

I honestly can’t say enough about H2O Pool Care. I was having trouble with my pump. Roman came out the same day I called to look at it and diagnose the problem. H2O Pool Care did a full clean up of a very nasty pool in their initial service and since then we have had a sparkling clean pool ready to jump into at any time with their weekly service. Roman with H2O Pool Care provided us with outstanding service. I contacted him to put in a new pool heater. His recommendations for the correct heater for the job were spot on, his customer service was outstanding and he took pride in his workmanship. Should I ever need additional help with our pool I will contact H2O Pool Care.
