Must say that coming across Ripple Pool Service was a Lucky Day! My pool has never looked better! Nick provided me with all the information I needed to get started and Damien shows up every week and provides me with excellent service every week. I really appreciate the support they provide when they let me know if any equipment parts might not be working up to par so that I can replace them in timely manner so that it doesn’t cost me a fortune in the end!
Honestly, you can’t go wrong with these guys!
I normally don’t take the time to provide online reviews but I feel that I needed to give a review for this company. No Regrets

Great service . I didn't realize how subpar my previous pool company was until I let them go and
hired Ripple to take over . Right away after day 1 a bunch of labs were found to be outside of normal limits and there was a plan to treat them . Previously, my old pool company told me "not to worry about these labs ." It is like day and night using Ripple , feels great to work with a company and owner that is not only accessible and nice, but takes the time to hear your concerns. . Very happy with my move to Ripple, will never go back .

I highly recommend reaching out to Ripple for any pool related issues or questions. Nick has been supremely helpful with my in ground pool. I had never owned a pool before so, I came with almost zero knowledge. From consultation visits, to teaching me how to service and maintain the pump, to calls with questions about balancing chemicals, he has made himself available to me - even though I don't use Ripple for regular pool service. His friendly expertise has been invaluable, and if I do end up needing full pool service I will definitely use Ripple - their rates are more than reasonable, particularly considering the quality of service.

UPDATE: I recently had Nick install a new pool pump when my old one burned out - the installation was quick and clean, and the rate was affordable. I highly recommend Ripple for all your pool repair and maintenance needs.

My experience has been great! Ripple pool service is reliable and very knowledgeable, they are also great at explaining what needs to be done and even send a pool report with pictures after weekly service.

Nick and his company are awesome! It was hard to find someone to do maintenance on our spa. Most of the companies only do pools. But Nick comes by once a week! We are so happy we found him!

I've been having a hard time keeping up with the pool. They do all the chemistry to keep it clean and clear. My grand kids love it.

My pump went out and every company I called for service couldn’t make it out for two weeks. I found ripple pools and figured I’d give them a call…nick was such a pleasure he was able to make it out after the end of a long work day and change out my pump and treat my water! 5 stars for him and his company and will be canceling current service to sign up with him!…water hasn’t been clearer!!

Nick from Ripple came out to take a look and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He thoroughly checked all of my equipment, cleaned my pool filters, and even recommended affordable alternatives to some of the more expensive products I had been considering. He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me some really useful pool maintenance tips. Very happy with Ripple Pool Service. Nick and his technicians are very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. After weekly service an email is sent to us with a picture of the pool and explanation of what was done that day. Five stars for sure! 😀

Ripple Pool Service took over the servicing of our pool from another company.
