Hi everybody .my name is Stacey Palomo and I am writing this review to share with you my experience with H20 Pool Care. I called H20 Pool care in great distress I have never had a pool before and it was more than I could handle and I immediately got in contact with Roman the owner of H20 Pool care he immediately responded back to my distress call he was very professional and very upfront with everything that needed to be done to get my pool back in service and running to tiptop condition. As he explained everything to me he showed me everything that needed to be replaced and why it needed to be replaced and the cost of each part that would need to be replaced , Roman is very amazing at his work and my comfort level of putting my pool in his hands was hands-down the best I could ever have in an experience with his experience his professionalism and honesty above all things . I cannot say enough for my great appreciation for H20 poor Care and Roman the owner. Here is how wonderful my experience was with H20 poor Care. Roman took me from swimming in a swamp to a beautiful beautiful pool. Roman from H2O Pool Care did an outstanding job bringing our pool back to life! It went from green and unusable to crystal clear and sparkling clean. He also repaired and replaced some equipment and lights, making everything run smoothly again. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I called H2O Pool Care with a very green pool problem, and Roman came out the next day to begin the recovery process. Within 24 hours, the pool cleared up, and two days later, he returned to finish the job. As a new pool owner, I appreciated Roman's expertise. He provided a 10-year experience dump in 15 minutes, walked me through all the equipment, and taught me how to set up the pool vacuum robot. The pool is now back to baseline and ready for regular service. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Needed a valve installed to bypass the pool heater when out of service for the winter. Worked with Jeff by phone/text to receive quote and schedule appointment. The two tech’s (Roman and Nazar) that did the work were polite, efficient, and were clear on the parts/repair that would be made. One hour later the bypass and check valves were installed/tested, all trash was removed, and they even painted the piping black for UV protection. I added labels for clarity. Nice clean work.

H2O Pool Care has been my pool maintenance for over 3+ years. From the first time I’ve reached out for complete pool clean to routine maintenance, they have been responsive, professional and always communicating when filters need to be changed or cleaned or rescheduling visits. H20 Pool Care is hands down the best pool service 2nd to none. When my previous pool cleaning service refused to do basic cleaning and argued with me about prices - we parted ways. When Roman surveyed my pool - He clearly stated the price and terms of service. His team serviced my pool in Foothill Farms for 2 years; the pools chemistry was spot on and brushed and filtered to perfection because of the attention to the pump and filtration system. The pool sparkled year around and their technicians are always on time and can provide photo evidence when the job is done. I highly recommend this pool service - and if something is wrong - they always do their best to provide corrective action.

I reached out for a quote and was provided with specifics in a quick amount of time. They text me, which is extremely convenient. They were on time to our initial appointment and I was able to set up automatic payments at that time. My only issue was them leaving our side gate wide open after they left, on their first cleaning day. We have dogs and small
Children that we need to keep inside ❤️ other than that, things have been great.

I'm really happy I switched to Ripple Pool Service! Nick had the best prices around (I checked with multiple companies). He's eager, knowledgable and very responsive. After each service, I receive an email with a picture taken during service. Nick texts about any issues he sees with the pool, but he's not the type of business person who "finds" things that need to be repaired. Good guy! I definitely recommend Ripple Pool Service.

Nick was awesome! My pool filter stopped working and Nick was able to come out the next day and fix the problem. He is knowledgeable and was happy to show you exactly what he’s doing if you ever want to DIY in the future.

After 3 years with a different company we switched to Ripple Pool Service and we're so glad we did. Working with Nick at Ripple has been fantastic. Our pool looks better and the service has been impeccable. Nick is punctual and very communicative with suggestions for improvement, prevention of potential problems and being proactive about maintenance. He's also very knowledgeable which we appreciate when we ask for suggestions or explanations. Highly recommend hiring Ripple!

Ripple Pool Service was very prompt in replying to email questions about our pool. It looked like a swamp and needed to be drained and a new pump installed. They answered all of our questions, provided options, were courious, professional, and on time. We are happy with our clean functional pool. I will call then again if I need pool help. Short story, Ripple Pool Service is amazing, hire them! Dont mind the water scale in the photos. Hard water in our area and no fault of a pool service. Read on for the whole story...We have been through so many pool services, I cant even tell you!! When we moved into our house in 2020 we hired a great pool service that was owned by someone in the neighborhood. He did a wonderful job for about 8 years before we had to find someone else. We were shocked by how difficult it was to find good pool service company. We would hire someone and 3 months later hire someone else. Every time we found a good company the owner moved on to another industry or they sold the company. We had our last pool service for about 3 years, but we didn't really swim in the pool because it was not as clean as we would have liked it. The search for a competent pool service company just becomes exhausting, so we'd settle and my husband would talk about filling in the pool. Finally after the millionth time of this pool guy telling me that the dog being in the pool was the problem I decided to start the search again. This is when I found Ripple Pool. Nick came out and assessed the pool and the equipment, made suggestions for some additional items that could help. He met the dog and we scheduled our first service. I believe that was in April and I am happy to report that the pool is cleaner than its been in years and my husband has been in it many times this summer with the dog. Amazingly, Nick doesn't see any issues with the dog being in the pool. :D

I’ve been through 3 pool companies in the last few months, having no luck correcting a green pool. Then I found Nick, he’s been amazing tracking down the multiple problems and correcting them. I highly recommend his company. He’s very responsive to any questions or concerns and try's his best to save you money. AAA+ I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I called Ripple Pool Service on Sunday evening, Nick called back shortly and we discussed the issue I was having. He made an appointment to come right out the following day. Was here promptly. He confirmed the issue we talked about over the phone, he had part in hand and pump was up and running.

I just moved into a new home with a gorgeous pool and spa but was disappointed to see the pool was not well maintained but as soon as Nick at Ripple took over the change in the condition of the pool was mind blowing! Nick knew what he was doing and was immediately able to troubleshoot a couple of different issues the first 15 minutes of seeing the water and running the system. I was very impressed and so glad to have moved on from the previous pool service. Thanks Nick!!!

We contacted Ripple Pools about draining our pool, which was basically a swamp from having terrible pool service previously, and then the storms over winter just did a number on it; the pool needed to be drained. We have a lot of trees on our property, and from what I have known as a pool owner for many years, a lot of pool companies can't handle larger, diving pools like ours that are not just "plug and play" with a pool sweep. Ripple came out and drained our pool quickly, and then thoroughly cleaned our gunite pool throughout with a chemical wash. Nick was very professional and was able to give me so much advice on how we could maintain our pool ourselves. They were also able to get me the best price for the filters we needed to replace, install filters, and balance our pool chemicals. Now I am looking out at our crystal-clear pool and have the knowledge to maintain it and keep it safe all year. Thanks, Nick, and thanks, Ripple!
