I am simply amazed. I found this company through local reviews, and their reputation holds true. I had to reschedule with Nic (the owner) a couple of times due to our apartments changing things around on us. First kudos goes to flexibility. It was so nice not having to stress about this, because most places give you a hard time for rescheduling.

Second kudos was the promptness, professionalism, and kindness - a combination not usually found all together. It was refreshing to say the least. I was completely at ease because he was just a down to earth, friendly businessman. Nic and I walked through the apartment, and he showed me the black light for pet stains throughout all the rooms. I was actually appalled at how soiled the carpets were - even in areas where our cats had no way to get to due to furniture, etc. This means our carpets were not properly cleaned before we moved in there. However, I feel good knowing that I had an excellent company to clean the carpets properly, leaving them in good shape for the next tenant.

Third kudos was the speed in which the carpets were cleaned. Nic estimated an hour, and I believe it was more like 35 minutes. He gave me a pair of booties so that I could walk through the rooms, and the carpets looked absolutely amazing. It smelled nice and fresh throughout the apartment.

So lastly, look no further for carpet care. Nic had the right tools to make everything go smoothly and quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you Nic for all your time and hard work! I will be contacting you soon to help clean my couch!!

I would like to take a minute and a write about my experience with Jon. From beginning to end it was made simple for me. Jon was incredibly professional. Direct and clear about pricing and met all of my expectations with my project that included my roof and trash cans. I sure hope that racoons don't find my trash can a nice place to live now.

The crew came back over the next several days to monitor moisture, dry the affected areas, and keep us updated on each step. They removed damaged drywall, handled the carpet and padding where mold was found, and made sure the area was cleaned out properly. They always told us when they would arrive, showed up as promised, and hauled away all the debris themselves instead of leaving a mess behind. They also helped us through the insurance process by sharing the needed paperwork and details with the adjuster, which made everything much easier. Once the cleanup and drying were done, the repair work started. Erick did an excellent job putting everything back together and making sure it looked right. When one room’s wall texture did not look the way we expected, he took the time to fix it and redid the texture so the whole room looked much better. The carpet installers were excellent too. The new carpet looked great, felt clean and fresh, and really finished the space nicely. We are very happy with the carpet cleaning, water extraction, drying, and repair work. Hopefully we will not need emergency carpet and water damage help again, but if we do, we would call again without hesitation. They earned our trust, paid attention to every detail, and made a very difficult situation much easier.
