Nick is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about all things pool. I was so impressed. Our pool was neglected before we took the property over. I had the pleasure to work with Nick from Ripple pool service and I cannot say enough good things about him! He’s extremely professional, works quickly and efficiently, very professional and exceeds your expectations. From the very first conversation, it’s clear that he is quite knowledgeable in his craft and knows exactly what he’s talking about. He replaced my pool filter and my pool heater in a span of a couple days and took time to explain everything to me and even make really valuable suggestions that I didn’t even think about. I used Ripple Pool service for the first time today and am very happy with the experience. Nick is very knowledgeable and shared a lot with me, while also performing the job well. I feel like services nowadays that rely on some technical aspects, you don't always get the most honest people and they may try to take advantage of you. I appreciated their attention to detail and really good follow up. In addition; I needed a new pool sweep and Nick guided me through all the various choices to choose from for my needs. Just had a new pump and filter installed by Nick and he did a fantastic job. Everything looks very nice and clean. He's very responsive and communicated very well. He was up past 10 pm on Christmas eve texting me about the issues I was having and what he recommended which says a lot because he could have been spending time with his family instead. I absolutely recommend Nick for all your pool/spa needs

Great communication from their team. My pool was having some issues. I contacted Ripple Pool Service. They came out, did an assessment, and made a plan. Keeping me informed every step of the way. After every weekly service they send a time stamped email, with photos, detailing the service performed. They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. I highly recommend Ripple Pool Service.
