I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Express Duct Test and its owner, Dmitri Grigorenco. After trying to contact every single HERS rater companies in both Placer and Sacramento counties and only ever getting a voicemail, Dmitri was the only person who actually answered his phone. That initial responsiveness was a sign of the incredible service to come.

Dmitri was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he was also able to accommodate my schedule, which was a huge relief. His pricing was very reasonable and transparent. He took the time to explain the process for our Title 24 report and made a potentially confusing situation completely painless.

If you are in need of HERS testing, do not waste your time calling anyone else. I can't recommend Express Duct Test highly enough. Dmitri's professionalism, responsiveness, and fair pricing are second to none. This is how a business should be run!

Kold mechanical completed all of the HVAC work at my property in Carmichael. This company is very professional and honest. All of the work was completed on time and on budget. The property required moving ductwork in the floors and walls. They also moved and relocated two of the returns in the ceiling hallway. The location for the kitchen vent was also moved and they did a great job.The HVAC system was checked and inspected and the control box was replaced. I highly recommend Kold mechanical with any of your HVAC needs.

If your looking for a professional, efficient, knowledgeable HV/AC company look no further. I had 3 estimates for a Furnace and AC replacement and this company was by far the BEST product and unexpectedly, the BEST price (especially because I am on a fixed income). The owner showed up with his crew and they went right to work The attention to detail and their obvious desire to do a good job was quickly apparent. The installers were friendly, clean, knowledgeable and they completed the work in one day. They even took care of some venting issues I didn't know I had, at no extra cost. The owner took special care to see I chose the right Thermostat and he filled out all the paperwork for the SMUD rebate, yeah!!. I've never had any prior dealings with this type of repair and I was nervous I'd be taken advantage of due to my age and inexperience, but I learned that there are still trustworthy honest, people in this business and I would highly recommend them . I am totally satisfied with the results and service. I also liked that they were a local business in Antelope.

Great company! We have used Comfort Expert on several occasions. We hired Alex to install the entire HVAC system from ground up for our new custom home. The airflow calculations were done perfectly which allows for consistent temperatures through out the house all seasons. I highly recommend Alex and his crew at to anyone who is looking for a true Expert and expects Qulity Service.

Nate is very knowledgeable and super considerate. Unlike other techs we've had before, he took his time and did a thorough job. We trusted his opinion, was very patient with our questions, and did a great job servicing/troubleshooting our A/C unit and cleaning up. We would definitely request his service again over other techs.

Emmanuel came to inspect our broke down ac unit and was wonderful in explaining the failure and the fix. Then Blake Morrissette came to provide proposals for unit replacement. Both Emmanuel & Blake were very informative, professional & provided excellent customer service. Glad this referral turned out to be a success as we moved forward in ac replacement with Gilmore. I called them on. Saturday as I had a plumbing emergency and they were there within a couple of hours and took care of my problem. Very professional and clean. You would have never known that they had been in the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Michael came out to do some warranty work on our unit today which we purchased January 24. As it turned out he found some things that were improperly connected and not set. He got additional help from Christina and the two of them got everything squared away. They were both delightful to have in my home and very efficient! Michael explained everything to me and went the extra mile to check every aspect of the original install and fixed some additional things that were not to his standards. Needless to say I am very happy with this excellent service.

Mark B, the plumber told me everything what he's going to do, and he did it with precision. You can really tell that he is an expert in his field, when he measures the pipes, cut it and it fit perfectly. He installed Moen Leak Detector with auto shutoff, i am fully satisfied with his job.

Gabriel and Elijah came in after Mark was finished to diagnose my heating issues. Just 10 minutes of Elijah after he went to the attic, he found the issue and fix it right away. Since my HVAC heating system is getting older Gabriel gave me a tip not to let the propane tank gets below 40% and the system uses more gas because of the age. I am satisfied of what they did.

Had serious water leak at kitchen sink. Felipe investigated, determined problem was with garbage disposal, which required replacement. He had appropriate replacement disposal and did the job promptly and accurately. Everything works properly now. Thanks to Felipe for excellent and quick work😄
