Gilmore was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, clean, on time, and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to everyone. They installed my HVAC system and do the winter and summer check up on it. They did some plumbing work and even fixed a prior company's mistake. Great company

Tyson came out today to evaluate my attic insulation and crawl space. His smile was bright and his description and explanation were both easily understandable and professional. UPDATE 11/9/25 - Found the 3rd GAS LEAK. Leaking from same place as second gas leak through pipe caulking.

I regret the entire customer experience (a long one). I should have never purchased a new HVAC system from Gilmore. A regrettable mistake on my part. A complete clusterfutz from day one. Now stuck with them for the 12 year warranty.

They failed the state inspection (they should have known better in my opinion - (common sense and safety issue). I personally found not one but two gas leaks after they installed the unit (I still think about how that could have exploded in the night when I was asleep).

Dropped the condenser day one trying to move it, sent wrong condenser in the first place (tried to hide that from me). Still banged the new condenser against the curb pulling it up onto driveway. Where do they find these people?

I received conflicting information on repairs, installation, as well as the every 6 month maintenance program. They installed wrong soft start and it broke ...the list could go on. I found if I ask a different technician, I get a different answer.

I have absolutely no security in this HVAC system or Gilmore. I'm still expecting the unit to burn my house down. I have two smoke detector's over and near air handler. Still gets hotter than I believe it should.

Met two very qualified persons, the rest I wouldn't trust to set a thermostat. I can't, won't and don't recommend.

These folks are very patient and thorough. I had such trouble with my home warranty folks when it came to this project and yet Gilmore was very kind to work with us, I would highly recommend them

Amazing service by the Gilmore team, again! Had a massive leak in my under the sink on demand water heater and was resolved effectively and efficiently. Thank goodness the on demand heater was installed under the house so the leak did not cause any damage inside my home.

He also showed us the part he replaced. He stayed until he was sure our unit was working properly. Our system is now working correctly and we are completely satisfied with the results. I thought that the specialists that did the work did an excellent job. Told us everything they were going to do and gave us updates throughout the day. Took three days which was expected when fixing pipes.
The specialists were Aaron and Michael. I would have them again at my place.

Rayson was knowledgeable, personable, and informative! Definitely 5 stars for customer service… However, I’m giving 4 stars because only one type of thermostat (one of the most expensive-$500) was available. We simply needed a thermostat for our 17 year HVAC system to work until it gets replaced- sooner than later. Would have really appreciated a cheaper model to get us by until our system is replaced…

Becca was just amazing installing our new heat pump system. It replaced a traditional hvac system. She got it all done in about half a day and it all works extremely well. She was also very kind and helpful during the process. Great job you guys! Becca rocks!!

Being it was a holiday, II sent a text and hoped for a call back as soon ass possible. I was not disappointed. Gilmore staff called early the next day and set up a time to have aa tech come and help with our plumbing issue. It was resolved quickly and their employee was very knowledgeable and professional. Gilmore is a great company to work with.

Ed is top notch! Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of everything quickly and did a great job. He even fixed a door that was sticking just bc he knew how easy it was to fix! Couldn’t be happier.

Replaced old gas heating and A/C to new electric variable heat pump in one day.
Every team member was very efficient, professional, punctual and polite.
They covered everything up and cleaned up afterwards.
The new energy efficient system works beautifully, heating the whole house very quickly. It is warranted for 12 years.
We are very pleased and recommend Gilmore whole heartedly.

Blake, the salesman is an outstanding salesman, honest and straightforward. He didn’t try to push the most expensive one on me. He gave me all the options that they have and let me choose the one that was suitable for my needs.
And as for the installation, Jullian Leksell And his crew were outstanding started in approximately 8:30 in the morning completely tore out my old unit installed a new one and was done by 2:30. After they left, you could never tell that they were there.. Would I recommend Gilmore to any of my friends, absolutely!!! Truly, I say to you if you’re looking to replace your HVAC system, you can’t go wrong with Gilmore.

Yesterday was an amazing day all thanks to the incredible service provided by Gilmore Heating/Air/ Plumbing Company! My water 14 year old water heater finally stopped working so my sojourn to find a replacement began (that’s another side story) with people that knew very little about the various water heater products or the process for getting one installed after purchase. None of the stores offered a product, installation , permitting and the take away of the old product as part of a wrap around service. Lo and behold in the midst of my frustration I was told to call Gilmore. The best advice EVER! From Katrina (front desk scheduler) to Ed and his partner Raul, the entire process, start to finish was exceptional. Let me share why their service and work was perfection:
1) they knew their products and were explicit and exacting in explaining what replacement options would work
2) they came out as scheduled on time and took the time to help me select the product that fit my needs and my budget
3) their assessment of the outdoor patio installation was checked and confirmed to ensure all permitting and follow up inspection would pass without issue
4) they worked carefully installing the 50 gallon tank’s safety straps into the stucco wall studs and the clean up was immaculate.
5) Additionally, there were missies with water pressure of 140 psi (dangerous) and they fixed that, and the water shut off valve location was identified ( we had no clue where it was before) all these extras of time and labor - @ no charge! They explained that they’ve been in the business 33 years and keeping their customers safe and providing satisfaction is their #1 priority.
6) We had a 40 gal. tank and since they had a 50 gal already to go on their truck - they gave it to us for the price of a 40 gal tank.
7) Most importantly and above all other considerations ~ they were experts yes, but kind, thoughtful and never did I have a question or concern that wasn’t met with straightforward answers I could trust. In fact, I never felt I was being sold something~ they made it feel like a service in the truest sense of the word,
Finally, from Katrina, Ed and Raul (who are the best reflection of the quality of the company - Gilmore) you can do no better! My husband and I give our resounding endorsement for the work completed 2-6-26!!!
