Molly Maids came out for a walk through and estimate, Erika was super sweet and professional and gave a very reasonable estimate. Her team ( Team #6 Estela and Martha) came the same week for the first cleaning and did an amazing job. Happy to have found them for our bi-weekly cleanings. Thank you!!!

The Molly Maids just left and my home just sparkles!

I'm widower and have been using Molly Maids of East Contra Costa every 2 weeks since shortly after my wife passed. I appreciate that they are insured, screened, and that their can be no payroll tax issues of liability. And there is flexibility - they always accommodate me if I need to skip a service when travelling or need a extra service.

What I like best is their people. I believe it Team 6 that takes care of me. Jeanette has done 90%+ of my cleanings - I trust to her and knows my home well. Today she was joined by Susana who has been here many times. They are always careful and efficient as well as personable, polite and caring. Good people!

In the very rare event when there has been a problem, for example something breaking, they have always been proactively honest and Molly Maids then makes thing right.

I have used Molly Maid at two of my commercial locations (Cantrell's Computer Sales & Service). All of the Molly Maid staff have been very friendly, efficient and flexible. I have recommended them before to friends and other businesses, and will continue to highly recommend them.

We had our house cleaned before an event and oh my gosh worth every penny!! So much less stress. Jeanette and Martha on Team 6 were really great! They came in and it was like they already knew what to do. They cleaned everything from window sills to baseboards. The glass table is so shiny and the stainless steel sparkles. It smells super good too. I couldn’t be happier!!

Framed memories on walls actually glistened again was my 1st experience last week in 2021 with Molly Maid.

My grandmother utilized an individual's expertise "in the day" but that was my only other knowledge of how people care for other’s items needing regular & consistent care . So, it’s 3/31/22 still during CoronaV & when I found MM, I tooI needed a company on top of the current daily changes needed to keep up with the reality of this virus.
My two gals were very kind & during CoronaV, they really did that same impeccable job I knew of my mom's company and went above and beyond here with their time. I made the first choice and stuck with Molly Maid; I didn't second guess my choice at all on any level.

Suzanna and Mariela did a phenomenal job for a moving out cleaning at my 3000sq ft brentwood rental, scrubbing from wall to wall, dusting , vacuuming from the top floor to the bottom- cleaning all blinds, the entire kitchen, all cupboards, bathrooms leaving it spotless- I couldn’t be more happier with the amount of time, hard work, and effort they put into making this house look immaculate!! I highly recommend their excellent work!!

[Team 8: Estelle and Anabely]. Had the pleasure of seeing Molly Maids get to work on my parents house cleaning needs. They showed up on time, prepared and performed way beyond expectations. They did a thorough job top to bottom. I would recommend them to anyone for a deep clean or a regular touch-up.

This was my first time using a cleaning service and I will definitely be using this service more often! I did a move out service and team 2 was amazing! I had been dreading the cleaning and was not sure if it could look as spotless as when I moved in, but Susanna and Mariella did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB. It was a relief as it was the last part of finishing my move. This was also a last minute book and they accommodated well and cleaned the whole place in 2 hours. Excited to continue this service.

The ladies on Team 6 did an awesome job. I believe of the 3 or 4 years we've been using Molly Maid, Jeanette and Martha on Team 6 have don the best work. My bathrooms were the cleanest they have ever been and they smelled clean. I just stood there and gazed at them they were so clean. I want them all the time I use Molly Maid.

Today I used Molly Maids for the first time and was thrilled with the outstanding service I received from Estela and Anabely! They were incredibly focused, thorough, and professional. I have family coming to stay with me for a few days and I was stressed about getting my home clean in time for their visit. Thanks to Estela and Anabely I am ready! Team #2 did a terrific job cleaning our home. Our floors haven't shined like that in a long time! The stove was beautiful - it actually had a shine to it as well. They were fast and professional. Thank you for a job well done!
