First time having Molly Maids out to clean our home and it looks great! No strong chemical smells, so the dogs approve. The gals were in and out within 2 hours, were friendly and communicated well. Thanks Mariela and Nataly!

Camila and Fabiola Team #1 did a fantastic job! They checked with us to be sure we were happy with each and every room, and they worked hard and fast. They cleaned the house above and beyond what we were expecting. They were cheerful the whole time. Those two women were amazing! Thank you so much for all your hard work! If you think it's too much to hire Molly Maid trust me it's worth it! At least we know Camila and Fabiola are worth every penny! Such a great job!

( The Service was hired by a nice tenant who was leaving at the end of the lease, not me. however it's my house) The team was quick, but the job was clearly rushed and incomplete. No dusting, no sweeping, and the rugs/carpet weren’t vacuumed (debris still on the carpet). I contacted the office Saturday morning and was “assured” someone would call me back, but no one did until Monday close to 3 PM. When they finally called, they said a crew would arrive in under an hour and implied I had to let them in. With that little notice, it’s not realistic. The service and communication didn’t match expectations.

Molly Maid has a professional staff and great customer service. They were polite and helpful during the process from the initial in home quote to the team on the first deep cleaning. They send a team of two and they quickly and professionally clean your home. I highly recommend going with a reputable company over anything else. It’s worth the price to have a company that knows how to run a business. They even sent a yearly calendar with all of our cleaning dates! We appreciate the texts and emails letting us know our cleaning is coming up.

Our favorite part is the attention to detail, they made a bow design out of our kitchen towel on the oven! And of course folded our toilet paper into a flower!!
