Great experience! The tech kept us posted as to his arrival. He was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, changed out a few things, and we now have our A/C again - YAY!!! He was fast, courteous, and kept everything clean. Would definitely use them again.

The technitian was polite and very helpful. He arrived looked at the HVAC got a part from the truck and fixed it in just a few minutes, He even changed my filter for me.

California Heating and cooling responded immediately to schedule an appointment. Mario, the technician, showed up on time and quickly diagnosed a coolant leak. He professionally repaired the unit and verified the system worked before leaving. Highly recommended!

I’ve used this company twice and I love when people know how to do their job and it shows. Mark came out first and on another occasion, Mario. They found all the things gone wrong for whatever reason and knew how to fix. Lo and behold, I’ve got a working AC!!!! Prices were affordable. I didn’t feel cheated or taken advantage of. It’s so HARD to find good help and good customer service these days. It is a blessing to do business with Ca Heating & Cooling.

It appears that this company is at high demand because of their quality work. I was disappointed with their availability when my heater went out. I waited a day to make the appointment, then they didn't show up for the appointment and didn't call. I called them and was rescheduled two days later. Fortunately, what I needed took less than 15 minutes. So, I am satisfied it's over but dissatisfied with the process.

Quick, responsive professional with service calls. Dispatch/office easy to deal with. Currently been working through an AC issue and feels like next steps/timing could be made more clear for customer peace of mind, not concerned that job won’t be finished but currently unclear of next steps and when they will occur. Have to note we are working with company through our home warranty, so understand things may need to go through warranty company for approval. Overall good, may update rating based off of progress/communication in the upcoming week.

I would use this company again and recommend them! Everyone who works there is so helpful and reachable. The technician, knew exactly what he was doing. He was so knowledgeable and even though our heater needed three parts he had them ordered right away and the office scheduled him to come back twice in a very timely manner. So good!

So far so good! They came out to diagnose our AC issue, first visit identified the issue, Freon leak, and filled our unit so we would stay cool temporarily. Next visit found the leak and now the new part is on order. Very kind, prompt in showing up, and let’s us know what is going on. Excellent! We appreciate their attention to customer care as well as attention to our AC unit.

Came out again to replace the part and we also elected on outside advice, to replace the furnace at the same time. Two guys on the job and they were terrific! They thoughtfully put down cloths to protect our floors, asked me to be careful walking on the cloths because of potential to slip. They worked so hard all day and at the end of the day, wrapped up so kindly and even changed our air filters. After they left we couldn’t tell that work had taken place except that now everything is working. Really great experience! Highly recommend!

I have used this company twice now. The first time they replaced our very specific thermostat. They were able to get someone to diagnose the problem quickly. The tech was courteous and efficient. The office followed up quickly with the solution to the issue.
While we appreciated that they could get to our problem quickly, the service technician that replaced our thermostat left without testing it. Later when temperatures fell, the new thermostat didn’t work and we spent a cold night and morning (60 degrees in the house) until they could return and fix it.
The second time, our AC wasn’t working for some unknown reason. Again they were able to get a tech out to us the next day, while the company that sold and installed our system didn’t have a service opening for 10 days. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly and fortunately the fix was super easy.

They were soooo fast!!! Great communication. I got an appointment in 2 days (and on a Sunday) and work was completed within a week because they had to order a part. So good!

California Heating and Cooling is an **excellent** HVAC service provider.

We initially were put in contact with them through Fidelity Home Warranty when our thermostat broke. Mark, the technician came out promptly to investigate and was very thoughtful, highly competent, and straightforward. We decided to go with them with a full replacement of our thermostat when our warranty didn't cover the replacement and we are very glad we did.

The office is responsive, gave us good advice on sourcing a new thermostat and even called us to let us know that our technician was getting over a small cold since we have a newborn in the house and gave us the option to reschedule. They are competitively priced (cheaper than Angie's List!) and now we have functioning heating system again with minimal stress and cost.

We will use these folks again in the future with any future HVAC needs.

Super fast service and knowledgeable. They fixed my AC quickly on a day during a heat wave when they were very busy. From the time I called and the time it was fixed, was less than 2 hours! And it cost less than I expected! I will for sure keep their number in my phone!

Good job replacing the AC Motor but the technician didn’t bother on removing the debris that is accumulated through the years since he has to remove the unit cover.

I was told by another company that my air conditioner was dead… Mario came out and was able to fix it. My house is cold once again… I appreciate a company that can do what they say they can do. I would recommend them to anybody and my air conditioner is old old old. 🤣‼️

Thankful to have found CA Heating & Cooling recently when during our recent mega heat wave my AC quit working. Amazingly, they could fit me in the following day just before the holiday weekend. Other places I called were booking 2 weeks out, which wasn't going to do me any good in 108 degrees. Francisco came after a call advising that he was 20 minutes out, and within 15 min on site had identified the problem as a dead controller board. He was back early the following day with the replacement board in hand. After a short swap out, he was able to determine that everything else in my system was working fine. Thank you! The heat wave lasted another week, then with a brief respite, it's back with a vengeance. Our house would have been uninhabitable without the AC...we literally would have had to go to a hotel. Francisco was knowledgeable, professional and certainly knew his stuff. The scheduler was also superb and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend CA Heating & Cooling!

Mario unclogged my furnace drain pipe because my furnace plenum was leaking water while it was running and was able to clear the clog very fast and was informative about the work he was doing and enlightened me on maintenance regarding the furnace and drain pipe. Highly recommend going with this company, they saved the day in this high heat!
