I had a terrible experience with this company. They were supposed to show up between 3 and 5 pm, but the guy arrived at 11:30 am twice while I was on the phone. When I called back, he asked if I wanted to cancel, which I reluctantly agreed to. He showed up and parked a huge truck in my driveway, blocking other residents. It's basic common sense not to do that.

When he got out of the truck, he had no ladder, so I had to provide one for him to use. The examination was cursory at best, and he recommended two repairs totaling $1,200. However, he also quoted a whopping $6,000 for a new heater without explaining why it's necessary.

Given that my system is old, you'd think a proper inspection would have been done, but this guy didn't even bother to check it thoroughly. No paperwork was provided, which only added to the lack of professionalism. Overall, I don't trust this company or its employees and would never hire them again. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
