My representative Daniel took great care of me. He completely took me through the process steps by step and was always available. We are very excited to get rid of our existing bills.

Almost been 1 year since signing the contract. Panels were up in a timely manner. But they are taking forever to finish the project. They show up without giving me a call. And don't show up when they are suppose to. Do not use this company

Our representative cesar was very helpful, he took care of everything. We had no problems. The installation was so quick. I really recommend Divine Power for solar installation.

Worst experience I've had in a company. It ranks below Comcast and the DMV.

Divine power did not set up the solar system correctly, and two panels were not reporting. It took three weeks of consistent calling to get it fixed. They always said they'd have somebody the next day who never came.

Four months later, I came to realize that they never submitted the documents to PG&E to set up my home as a solar home, and I've been paying PG&E $300+/month bills in the expectation that it would come back in credits, and now I'm out four months of credits probably costing me at least $500. I called PG&E today, and to my surprise, they haven't submitted the documents yet. I called Divine Power to send me the documents they claimed they had been sending for four months. I searched through my emails and have not received anything from PG&E or Divine Power. I imagine they would follow up with me after several weeks of not signing the document, but as you can tell, this is a poorly organized company.

Divine power might be cheap, but it may cost you headaches and money.

After this ordeal, I needed more solar and went with Sunrun. They got everything set up, communicated with me every step of the way, and probably will get me fully connected before Divine Power.

This company sucks. 7 solar panels are not working from a month and calling them everyday to complain. No one came to fix them yet. And they give an attitude like they own us. Never ever recommend this company to anyone for solar needs. Go with Tesla. Cheap and better service.

We had solar on our home when we bought it but were not happy with that company. Troy got our system updated and we are extremely happy with our solar service. We recommend Divine Power to anyone else considering upgrading solar.

Installed everything 1/10/23 and never finished the job! My solar is still not turned on I have tried speaking to the project manager Yasmin but she refuses customers phone calls! And everytime I ask for an update who ever answers the phone tries to give you the run around literally the WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Also when installed the panels they put holes through the roof than denied that they did it when it was just fine before they touched it!

I was spending so much money on electricity, I'm so glad Liz from Divine Power was able to help me lower my bill. Now I have a very low flat rate. They answered every question I had and the installers did a great job! I recommend them 100%.

I had solar power panels installed at my house. The truth is, I had spoken for a few years with other companies where I ended up being quoted thousands of dollars and potentially being locked into a HERO loan (no good) or a potential spam. Liz Machuca throughly explained the finance process and made me feel safe. I have made my first payment, I received 2 bills so far and no hidden fees, costs or hidden agenda. I am very pleased with my experience and I would recommend this over and over again. I value integrity, respect and accountability. All which were provided by this company and service.

We had a system in our house and decided to add some more solar to accommodate an electric vehicle. Julio got our family taken care. We paid for the panels up front and have zero bills. Such a great deal on our upgrade.

Our family couldn’t be happier with our solar system. Dave was very knowledgeable and able to break down technicalities in layman terms. We have been diligent in finding a company who is local and has direct services for us. I highly recommend Divine power, they cut out the middleman and give great value.

We had a small bill in the summer with our current system but overall our pge is a zero balance. We loved having someone from the company come out to download and explain the monitoring system that was included with our solar system. Great customer support experience.

The way my representative Greg explained how everything works was very understandable. I tried some other solar companies and they were not able to provide clear communication. The installers did a great job and also communicated every step of what they were doing.

I have 15 panels and have a little bit of a bill. I may get some more panels from this company. They sent someone to help me get the solar monitor application completed. She answered all my questions and explained how my system worked. I was impressed with the customer service that I received.

Solar energy has saved me a p&ge bill, we are happy with our solar support 2 years later from installation which has still been helpful and supportive. Our Divine Power representative, Joleen was extremely patient and helpful in answering our questions and to help us find the details of our options to move forward with our solar! After getting more information on our panels and direction on how to access our solar app, I may also get additional panels to accommodate more energy consumption.

Greg was extremely precise in what I needed. I felt like I was being served not sold. Every step of the way was communicated clearly. The installation crew even made suggestions for our benefit in maximizing our productivity. It was also above and beyond for Divine Power to send someone out to install the application to monitor our system.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This is a terrible company that just cares about getting money and not their customers. They installed solar panels on my property in 2022 and since then I've had issues with my living room roof. They drilled a hole and it's been leaking and I've called and technicians came about 7-8 times to "fix" but nothing was fixed also they turned off my solar panels when they came so now I have a high true up bill of $1300 that I'm paying. It's not fair they're still in business after all the terrible reviews. PLEASE do not buy from this company and I assure you someone will answer to my complaint pretending like nothing happened and play victim.

This company is TRASH. Their management sucks and they can’t get anything organized. The team who showed up to do the install was wonderful, but the company is going nowhere fast. Thank god for the installers, I would have cancelled if not for them. They need to seriously check their management and customer experience beforehand. I heard they also pay for good google reviews, avoid this company at all costs! The owner and the manager Josh are very rude and act like they could care less for your business. I’ve taken my referrals elsewhere.

Although having solar is great , I have to say this company is poor when it comes to communication and customer service. Started with not patching the side of the house well leaving a recess in the wall. The panel box latch was bent and hard to close. Last year the roof started leaking due to heavy rain only to find out they didn’t caulk the areas where it was bolted in.
They were supposed to send someone to fix the ceiling and their mistake but they refuse to work with my schedule and respond to emails in a timely manner. Now I have 2 leaks.

I'm in the process for finishing up a few things but my solar system is running great. Greg has been fantastic about communicating with me and taking care of all the details. I'm really happy to get rid of my previous payments.

We had our solar installed through Divine end of last year and have been very happy with it. We had issues with pigeons over the last few weeks and Divine came to install the Bird proofing for it. They were on time, great service and the installation was done quickly. I can only recommend Divine and the services they provide.

Unfortunately the bird proofing lasted less than 6 month before falling apart. Made 6 attempts to have them come out to fix it. Every scheduled appointment was missed without giving me a call. If you‘re looking for solar use them. If you‘re looking for customer service after installation don’t use them.
