Well I came on here to write a review. But seems like a lot of others beat me to it. My experience with this company was horrible. I did as well get a lady that looked unprofessional. Eagerly asking me to write a review. But how can you with experience like I had. They set out young kids. Guessing the owners sons. They have know idea what they are doing.
They looked hung over for the night before.
I had to reschedule cause I wouldn’t not feel comfortable with them on top of my house. Would you?
Be careful with this company. You’ve been warned

The company is really slow at getting someone to your home to fix the solar issues. They only have one technician and take forever to schedule an appointment that has to be with that single technician. What is the point of purchasing solar if there is no one to quickly troubleshoot your issue. The bill is just going to go up. Research the company and their post purchase customer support to make sure you have reliable and speedy support. Divine Powers does not have that.

Our representative Liz was very good at explaining everything. We learned how solar power works and can save money. She showed us the best plan to give us the best savings and was extremely patient. The install was finished with no problems.

Can’t say enough good things about Ricci and the crew. Not exactly sure how Divine ended up with my project, but the first company took the money and skipped out without completing the job. Divine ended up taking it on through the lender and I am happy they did. Crew showed up on time and were very professional. I especially like that they had 2 apprentices (helpers) to learn the craft. These young men worked hard without taking a break (that I noticed) and in 107 degree heat. Good group

My mistake was that I didn't read the reviews before doing business with them I purchased my panels in March of 2022 and till today April 2025 they haven't resolved my problem. My experience with this company has been ver, very difficult poor management, very unprofessional very disappointing Whatch out think twice before doing business with this company.

I did not write the bottom part of this review! This company sends out a lovely sweat lady out to talk with existing customers and she convinces you to let her write a good review for the company. The woman that came was very nice but I have had nothing but problems with divine power since even before moving in. They mistakenly installed on the wrong side of the house. They had to replace my roof tiles and redo the work. They did not wire my solars correctly, I had to call over and over for them to send someone out to see why only a few of my panels were working, only then did they come out about 4th visit they figured out the problem and rewired my panels. Lifting the panels they shatters one of them. The company doesn’t want to take responsibility. They want me to use my home insurance. If you speak to someone, they will never call back to matter if they promise to do so. And staff is constantly changing. You give them a name and they say that they are no longer working there. I would not recommend this company.

I had a few glitches but my solar system is up and running. I was pleased with the company , they sent someone out to explain the monitoring process and how net metering works.

    REVISED 2/5/2026
Beto is who I worked with to get the solar installed, and he did a great job. Amanda and Rickey is who I spoke with when I called and they were polite and respectful, and the roof technicians were professional as well—which is the only reason this company would have earned 1 star. I have to add a star just to post this review.

Unfortunately, Divine’s overall customer service is horrible. It is nearly impossible to get a call back. I have a leak directly underneath where the solar panels were installed, and the leak caused significant interior damage to my home. It took weeks of repeated phone calls and finally an email threatening legal action just to receive a callback and have a technician come out to look at the roof.

Divine claims the leak is not their responsibility or related to their installation. Fine—but I now have a licensed contractor ready to make the repairs, and they cannot proceed unless the solar panels are removed first. I have been waiting **two weeks—TWO WEEKS—**without a single call back to schedule panel removal so repairs can move forward. Despite calling multiple times, I continued to receive the same response: that someone would call me back. On January 22, I finally spoke with a representative who told me it would cost $100 per panel to uninstall and reinstall the system—$500 total. That was later followed by a proposal to waive the fee entirely, but only if I removed this review and replaced it with a positive one. These are the lengths I have had to go to just to get assistance with a leak located directly beneath their panels. This company is willing to help out when it suits them. Out of desperation, I initially agreed, and suddenly they were able to fit me into their schedule. Then, just 20 minutes before their scheduled arrival, I received a text stating they would not be coming. This was after I had already scheduled my contractor, who had arrived at my home and was ready to begin repairs. Two days later, Divine called back and offered one option: they could remove the panels the same day and return at some later time after the roof work was completed. Unfortunately, my contractor was already booked for another week and a half. I expressed serious concern about being down five panels for an extended period and having to pull power from the grid, but my concerns were dismissed. After speaking with two different Divine representatives—both of whom stated they could not schedule more than one week out—I later participated in a three-way call with Dave Macias, who was rude and contradicted everything I had been told and stated that the next available appointment would not be until March 2 and even had the nerve to tell me that my contractor couldn't be on my property while they uninstall the panels. This companies lack of help has been surreal and I will be pursing legal representation and action.

I don’t know who ultimately runs Divine (I believe it may be Dave Macias), but the lack of responsiveness and accountability from this company is unreal. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before choosing a solar company. At a minimum, you should expect a company that will return calls and provide scheduling support when problems arise. Its 2026, a company shouldn't struggle to schedule appointments.

I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I contacted Divine Power because they installed the solar system on the house I bought. I've never had solar before so wasn't sure how it worked or what the options were. Since I wanted whole house power Troy suggested a natural gas powered generator which was actually what I wanted. The crew who worked on the install were amazing. They were friendly, professional and worked so well together in spite of it turning into a bit more complicated install that anticipated. I've dealt with a lot of companies and contractors in a lot of states over the years and this crew was one of the best I've ever dealt with. I also have to give huge credit to Divine Power for not changing their initial quote when additional complications came up with the installation that added to the work. Great job and wonderful guys doing the actual work.

Their service was quick and thorough. From scheduling to installation, a top-notch company I would recommend above all others! I had a problem with another company and even PG&E. The behind-the-scenes staff were quick to not only resolve but researched and found solutions even a PG&E employee said wasn't possible. Thank you for such great attention to detail. My special thanks to Rikki and Yasmin!

Awful!! Whole experience with this company has been the worst experience ever!! I do not recommend them to anybody! I wish I had never gone with them. Took over 6 months to install. I have 39 panels...only 15 worked for over a year!! No matter who I spoke to no matter how many times I called, if they answered their phone, which was a miracle in it self. When technicians would show up, they would be here for hours...nothing got done. I'm stuck paying a true up for that year, because of their inadequacies. They got their money from the loan I pay. All I asked was for them to make it right and pay the true up for the year only 15 panels worked. NOPE! If there was a negative star I would give it.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to use Divine Power USA on four different solar installation projects regarding putting in solar equipment. I have found the company as a whole to be conscious, reliable, and very professional. I would certainly recommend Divine Power USA for any residential or corporate solar project. Thank you to the whole installation team for jobs well done.

I called Divine Power for an issue I had on my solar system. The owner and his administrative assistant, Carmen went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and come up with a solution. I have never had better customer care. This company is a great example Of kindness, excellent service, and pristine correspondence. Thank you all!

We had them do a $70,000 solar installation for us back in June and we were told that the solar is up and running however it is November now and we are continuing to receive PG&E bills because the solar is not on. We have called multiple times and have received no assistance on this. I would stay away from this company and take your business some where else.

Horrible company. They installed and NEVER turned on for over a year. Resulted in $6000 electricity bill. Have been calling for 1 year without receiving one phone call back from management for any help with this. Had to figure out energy monitoring company myself for explanation of what was happening. Company is not even licensed by contractors board. Do not use them. Horrible company run by horrible people.

If everything goes exactly according to plan and no follow-up service is required, this company may be adequate.
After installation, however, customer support appears to be largely unavailable. I have been attempting for more than two weeks to receive a call back regarding an issue with my unit. Despite repeated attempts, no one has returned my call.
Each time I contact them, I am told they will “try” to call me back and that they are “doing their best,” citing that the company is short-staffed. While staffing challenges can occur in any business, the inability to return a single call over an extended period suggests deeper operational limitations.
When I asked whether my issue could be escalated, I was told there is no escalation process, no supervisor to contact, and no one beyond the service department itself.
Taken together, this indicates a lack of internal structure to support customers after installation. Anyone considering this company should carefully evaluate the risk of entering into a long-term equipment and service relationship with a business that appears to lack the staffing, oversight, or systems necessary to support customers once installation is complete.

I had my Solar installed in 2023..I did have issues at that time and I was not satisfied with. But, I recently called concerning those issues and was told that the same people do not work there anymore and they would put a service ticket order on it. I thought here we go again and I won't hear from them. But, that was completely opposite of the last time I dealt with Divine Power. I got a call that same day...I was shocked and they set an appointment for the very next day and they did come out and completely addressed all of my concerns and fix everything I asked them I needed repaired. Also, I had to call back for something else I noticed that was missed and they came out again the very next day and took care of the matter. I am completely satisfied with Divine Power USA
    Thank you very much

My husband approached these guys while they were working in our neighborhood. Our solar has been down for nearly a year. We’ve been unsuccessful in trying to get someone to come look at it.
Thankfully they were wrapping up and were able to come over and take a look at our solar system . In less than an hour they had us up and running again! Great experience overall.

I had an excellent experience with Divine Power USA. Rikki and Dave were absolutely fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They installed my solar battery quickly and took the time to clearly explain how everything works. The entire process, from delivery to installation, was smooth and timely. I truly appreciate their great service and would highly recommend them!
