3 days ago, I posted on Nextdoor requesting advise and recomendations to replace an inverter that went kaput a few months ago. I received a direct message from Pro Power Solutions. I also received 2 responses on my original post. One homeowner recommended Simple Energy and Joe from Fuzion Energy also replied.

After sending a message to Joe at Fuzion Energy, I have never heard back from him or the company. A representative from Simple Energy came by to evaluate the situation but seemed lost if the broken inverter could be replaced with a different brand / model as the broken inverter is out of production.

I was getting frustrated. I managed to talk to Julio at Pro Power. He said he was booked all day but will call if an opening shows up. He called and showed up a few minutes later. Looking at the row of solar inverters, he explained what needed to be done and it was possible to use a different brand inverter to replace the broken one. Later in the evening, Julio sent me his quote which I accepted.

He alerted me friday afternoon the equipment came in and asked if he could come out saturday morning to install the inverter. These guys are professional, prompt and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointed time. The installation was fast, it was done in about an hour. What took longer was updating the program which took about an hour or so.

I would use Pro Power Solutions again if I have solar issues again. Highly recommended, Thank you, Julio.

Met Julio and Pro Power Solutions after speaking with the roofer who installed a new roof on our two-story home. Long story short, our solar company provided the name of a company we were to use for both roofing and solar panel removal/reinstallation. That company was going to charge us $315/panel plus an admin fee of $500, or, $3,650. Because Julio and Pro Power Solutions was considered outside service provider, the solar company required us to pay $584 for inspection to reinstate 2/3 warranties. That said, Julio and Pro Power was honestly affordable, much more affordable. There are companies out there that will rob you blind. Admin fee? Interesting. Also, Pro Power service was quick, both the removal and the installation.

Last comment, Pro Power can also install new solar panels. Look them up. Very honest company. Including the inspection we wouldn’t have been required to pay had we used the solar company’s authorized roofer, we saved just under $1,100. HUGE savings. Pro Power, Thank you for being top notch.

Customer first attitude. Great pricing. I am impressed with Luna Electric. I called Cesar because our ballasts were kaput, and had to leave a message. He called me back in 10 minutes. I told him the issue, he said no problem. Here is the best part: he said he could not get to me for two weeks, so he actually recommended someone else just as professional and helpful with great prices. Don’t get gouged folks.
