We had someone out that handled the main issue and was able to take care of another issue in our warehouse. The technician was helpful, efficient, and explained everything. He fixed the problem and tested everything multiple of times before he left made sure everything worked. Labeled everything to. Best part is I have a lot more lights than I knew. Within ten minutes, he determined that the previous company had shorted out the switch during installation, which tripped the GFI outlet in my son’s bedroom—causing the loss of power throughout the living room.

I needed to have a Tesla charger installed. They were out one day after my request. They put the system in with incredible workmanship. I would definitely use them again. Sounds good.

Our issue: Sons room plugs, one plug over fire place and one plug another sons room wasn't working. Jose & Shay came in and went right to work and found the one plug in sons room was back stabbed causing the issue. Jose re-wired it using the screws and everything is working. They recommend we check all the plugs to ensure they're using the screws. We highly recommend Electrical ASAP Jose & Shay they're awesome, Thank You!!

I have used this company twice now and they always do a great job. Shay is always very helpful. Abel pulled a 10 hr day replacing 19 individual ceiling lights and 3 bathroom vanities! They go out of their way to make sure everything is done right.

Jose and his wife are knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. They showed up early, got to work right away, and didn't waste any time. He had all the parts he needed to repair it on hand, and even some parts that we needed that were separate issues Even with our house having old wiring that was confusing, he was able to figure out out the issue fairly quickly. That's after we had already had another electrician who wasn't able to find the problem. Very happy with the service.

I got more than I paid for. I had an unexpected electrical issue after returning home from work. Not only did the issue get fixed, I was educated on the safety of my current electrical panel and how it would interact with the solar panel system I had yet to activate. Very knowledgeable about hardware and code requirements.

I can’t say enough about the positive service that Electrical ASAP provides its customers! This morning I woke up to all of my smoke detectors going off did not know if there was a fire or if there was some sort of a carbon monoxide leak. After standing outside for some time, waiting for the fire department to clear the house, I found out that one of my smoke detectors was defective and possibly could have been because of faulty wiring, I called Electrical ASAP this afternoon and they were here within two hours to replace and check the wiring of the smoke detector! Scheduling service was easy and pleasant and the repair was quick and efficient! I would recommend this company to anyone if you have an electrical issue! I give this company five stars but wish I could give them more. Thank you for the peace of mind!

I reached out to ASAP for a quote to install an outlet on my commercial roof so I could install Christmas lights for my business. Their team came out and gave us a free estimate the same day!
They gave us a really great price, explained the estimate in great detail, including parts, labor, and job description.
They scheduled us in days later during their busy week. They worked early and during our hours of operation, but our operation was not interrupted at all!
I spoke with Shay, she was helpful, kind, and quick! From inquiry call to installation only involved minimum contact, everything was such a breeze.

Shay knew from the phone call that my electrical issue was going to end up being on the utility side and suggested I call them directly. I asked for her to send someone out anyway, which she did. Abel took the time to fully evaluate my issue to find its origin, which was on the utilities side of things. He helped me take a video to show to whoever the utility company sent out and Shay took the time to actually be on the call it the utility company with me. Electrical ASAP's team knows their stuff and has your back!

I had an electrical issue on a Friday evening and decided to call based on the reviews online. We were offered an appointment immediately but decided to wait for the morning. We were not let down on the service or prices. The technicians send out were extremely professional and knowledgeable with troubleshooting. I had an issue on New Year’s Eve Day resulting in multiple outlets and my tankless water heater not working. Shay was responsive and understanding of the issue and arrived to my home within 30 minutes to resolve the issue and make recommendations for future options to avoid problems and improve functioning around my home! They are truly 24/7! I called at 3 am and they were here in 30 mins to fix my panel! Fair price and specialty licensed and insured. I will only allow them to touch my electrical from now on. They give military discounts, senior discounts, first responder discounts, I feel like there was more, but I can’t remember there were so many. They are truly caring people.
