I couldn’t be happier with my EV charger installation experience. From the first call, everything was smooth, fast, and professional. The price was excellent, and they had me scheduled just 4 days after I reached out—even though I hadn’t even ordered a charger yet. They recommended the ChargePoint HomeFlex Level 2 EV Charger (J1772, Hardwired) and I’m so glad I went with it. It’s worked flawlessly so far.

They also handled the entire permit process for me, which made things so much easier. My technician, Abel, was incredible—on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and even taught me a few things along the way. The install (garage-mounted Level 2 setup) had a few tricky parts, but Abel handled them with ease using smart problem-solving and experience.

He even future-proofed the setup by running a neutral wire, so I’d have the option to switch to a plug-in charger later if I ever need to. And the cleanup? Immaculate—the area looked better than before he started.

This is the kind of care and quality that earns trust. I highly recommend this team, and Abel especially. I’ll definitely be using them as my go-to electricians from now on.

Recently I came home to a buzzing power meter and lights flashing on and off.
After calling PG&E to check their meter they found that one of the "jaws" had burned out on my two year old panel.
(A part not typically sold separately from the panel)
Electrical ASAP was able to locate matching hardware in that same late evening and fixed it in just a few minutes and even gave me a discount on the panel I needed.
They were very friendly and professional while coordinating with PG&E and throughout our interaction.

I ordered a new range hood from home depot for kitchen upgrade on old range hood that wasn't working anymore so for installation of my new range hood i found and hired JS Electric off of Thumbtack to remove my old range hood and install my new range hood by service technician Aaron and Martin did a fantastic job through the whole installation and offered me quotes and advice on all other home repairs and electrical needs more than impressed with JS Electric and would highly recommend JS Electric and there whole team including Aaron and Martin for any electrical job none to big or small of a job they can't handle ,great job Aaron and Martin and would definitely you JS Electric in the future for any electrical needs and repairs and request Aaron and Martin for the work to be completed by very knowledgeable technicians.

The electrician wisely asked for a picture of the problem outlet first to help ensure he had the parts with him. He arrived early and was very responsive. He asked great questions, listened to the concern, and then diagnosed the problem. What I appreciate most is how he presented repair options based on a comprehensive understanding, not just the small scope of the repair. He also offered preventative solutions to help eliminate future potential issues.
