I had an exceptional experience with Duke electric! The technician promptly fixed our 240-volt dryer outlet on the same day that we called. He was upfront about the repair costs, he was reasonably priced, and the service was top-notch. Five stars for their efficiency, transparency, and quick response!

Juan did a fantastic job and went the extra mile in doing his job. Very happy with the job he did.

Electricity went out to a part of my kitchen and they arrived in less than an hour of me calling them even though it was outside business hours. They quickly fixed the problem (a bad outlet and issues with the electrical box) and asked whether I had other similar outlets which they then also replaced. They made a stressful situation way less stressful and I appreciate their timeliness, kindness, and work.

We would highly recommend Duke Electric! He replaced our whole electrical panel and did a fabulous job. Excellent communication and very friendly!

The electrical in my house was literally dysfunctional. I had an electrician prior to rewire the house and they absolutely messed the whole thing up. I had no power in both bathrooms. It was just a mess. thank God, I found Juan, because he came in absolutely completed the task with ease got everything fixed and is very affordable. I would definitely highly recommend him.

I tried installing my own coach lights, but the lights were not working. I I looked on my yelp app to find a licensed electrician who had the most reviews and found Duke Electric. I contacted the number at 7 AM on a Saturday morning and Juan answered the phone right away. We arranged for an appointment on the same day at 12:30pm. He texted me when he was on his way, showed up on time, and troubleshooted the coach lights. He found the problems and he was able to get my coach lights working again. He was very professional and knowledgeable!

I needed my stove wiring upgraded for a new stove, and Juan was super responsive, on time and communicating throughout the entire process. Highly recommended! Thanks again😀

12/7/25: Called Duke Electric for a new wall oven/microwave install. Ended up having to do an emergency breaker panel change out on my home (PG&E confirmed it was necessary) Juan did the replacement in 2-days (we were without power during) he provided me and my family with a portable battery backup which was much appreciated! (kept the fridge and a few lights on) Juan was thorough, professional, and meticulous about his work. Had us up and running on day 2, mandatory city permits and inspections included. Many thanks for expediting the work and diagnosing an "existing" potential catastrophic safety risk...
