Overpriced for "troubleshooting" and never even resolving the issue. Sends "2" employees that are not experienced enough to resolve an issue, when "1" knowledgeable electrician could have fixed it. Will not use again.

Came to pick up vehicle from tow yard and wasn’t able to start the truck. Somehow they caused it to go into theft deterrent mode and pulled the vehicle outside their gate and left us to “figure it out”.

Its a good place to get electrical parts and tools i recommend it for sure

Placed and urgent order and payed extra for expedited shipping on an in stock item, following day after the order was placed called to get tracking, turns out it didnt ship, was told I would get a call back with an update which of course i never did.

after 4 work days order finally arrived (having payed for next day air) and after having to talk to the ruddest woman on the phone.

Worst Royal ever, funny because they’ll ship a high dollar items and multi piece orders in a plastic bag or a box that’s been recycled 10 times at least lol. Yet for the low dollar items and single piece orders they’ll over package stuff making it extremely hard to get to. Already complained a few times about receiving damaged items, etc. they don’t care

Called to get a quote sent information sent another text, no response. Guess they did not need the business.

Called to get a quote for a fast speed charge for my ev car and they were the best in price in town. They came out did all the electrical work and set up 2 spots for me to connect my fast charger. Great work fast and reliable. Now I can connect my car on my driveway or in my RV parking. I would recommend.
