Kenny is absolutely amazing! Been very helpful, and didn’t try to oversell me. He was very upfront and I truly felt like I was in good hands. He showed he cared about me and my family, and our payment. Kenny was a such a stand up guy I ended up getting solar and Turf from him!

I want to give special recognition to Kirk, Jason, and Kenny — they are absolutely top-notch. Kirk was incredibly thorough and made sure all my questions were answered without rushing me. Jason showed a high level of professionalism and really went the extra mile to make sure the installation was done right. And Kenny’s customer service is unmatched — he’s patient, responsive, and clearly cares about the people he’s helping.

Kenny was an incredible SM! He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and his teaching style was both engaging and informative. I was particularly drawn to his positive and upbeat personality, as well as his ability to make complex concepts about solar energy accessible and understandable. He genuinely understood my goals and priorities, and he was able to find a mutually beneficial agreement that aligned with my budget constraints. At the end of our meetings, I felt like I had made a genuine friend, and I would highly recommend Kenny to anyone looking to learn more about solar energy.

Fuzion is a great local company with affordable prices and great customer service. They also offer home improvement services other than solar, which is very convenient. If you have any solar or upgrade needs for your home I highly recommend them.

Fuzion Energy, the worst mistake you could ever make!!

Let me start off by saying they told us we cannot leave a review of our choice because we signed a contract that forbids that. Well I got news for them. This house is as much mine as anybodys and I pay the Solar bill every month and if I want to leave a review for us, I will. We asked over and over about the broken out concrete on our patio, and the hole in the side of the house. They just kept saying we cant work on that until the inspections are done. Well after the inspections were done, nothing got done to our house. They left a huge hole in the patio, they left a big hole in the side of the house, and left shingles on the roof loose. They didnt even pick up the concrete they broke out of our patio. They left these huge pieces of concrete just setting in our yard. These weigh hundreds of pounds and were near 70 yrs old. So we now have to have the concrete redone and I had to fix the hole in the side of the house, and when i looked at our roof where they broke the shingles they screwed tek screws through the singles to hold them from falling off the roof. No roof mastic to seal it back or nothing. I contacted the Contractors State License Board and they told me that being there is no governing body for solar so they can pretty much do what they want, and say what they want, with no repercussions. At the end of the installation it got to the point they would not even speak to us about our install. We were told comments like "Apologies, due to the nature of your account, we are not equipped to have that conversation with you. Would you like to request to speak with Admins reguarding this inquiry? So we virtually could not speak to them about even the smallest detail without getting this response. Sound like somebody you want to deal with? I would hope not. Stay as far away from these people as you can.

Kenny helped us out and gave us a lot of great information as far as adding more panels to our home. He has amazing customer service and is an all around genuine person. Makes us feel good about doing business with someone who wants to work with you and not just with the company. Thanks again Kenny!

Greg was very nice and we enjoyed his visit in helping us with our true up. We could tell from his years of experience that we were being helped the right way and we are excited to be working with him and Fuzion for our project. We really appreciated the time he took in answering all of our questions and letting us know all aspects of the solution we chose.

Called Fuzion because we were interested in expanding our existing solar. Their customer service was great and someone came out the same day. Joe did an excellent job consulting us on our options, and were able to confirm everything on the spot. Install went well and the follow-up service was superb. Would absolutely recommend Fuzion to anyone looking to install/upgrade their solar.

I love my panels! The staff were great and very helpful in explaining all aspects of the panels. Shout out of Mr. Kenny Davis! I am very satisfied with the service Fuzion Energy provided. Joe was my salesman and he was courteous, professional, and down to earth. We went over my current true up bill and we discussed my needs and he thoroughly explained my options. The solar panel installers did a great job. I had a roofer scheduled to come out before I had the panels installed, so I asked the roofer to review the new solar panel areas and they said it looked good and there were no broken tiles. Joe has been responsive throughout this whole process and followed-up after the install.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Working with Kenneth and his team was hands-down one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. I’ve had my solar panels from Fuzion Energy since 2017, and they’re still going strong! I’ve saved a ton—only paying PG&E once a year for the true-up bill. Earl was super helpful installing a cell kit on my inverter and explained things I didn’t know. Big thanks to Jason for the fast response and great service. Highly recommend Fuzion Energy!

We had an amazing experience with our solar sales rep, Kenny. From the beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain every detail and answered what felt like a million of my questions without ever rushing or pressuring us.

What really blew us away was how he expedited our installation in just 5 days!!! This is something we didn’t even think was possible. He went above and beyond to make sure everything moved quickly and smoothly, and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, knows their stuff, and gets things done fast, I highly recommend working with him. We’re thrilled with our system and so grateful for his help.

Unfortunately my review of this company is quite the same as the rest. We signed our agreement with Fuzion in April of 2018 for Solar and an HVAC system. They did not start working on the solar till August of 2018. Which they said would take 2 weeks to complete then the HVAC would go in 2-3 weeks later. They just completed the solar and it has been 7 weeks. They would forget parts and take days longer to complete, and they left trash that I would have to pick up when I got home. They barely came out 3 weeks after the solar to start looking at the HVAC area which they put the box for the solar, so now they can't even place the HVAC system where they originally said they would. They didn't even know who they were going to talk to regarding getting the permit. I thought with 5 months time they would have figured this out. Now we are getting hounded regarding releasing the loan payment and the agreement doesn't even state we were getting the HVAC system. I am extremely disappointed with this company and Kirk Nicklaus the Co-Owner. I feel swindled and am angry that he made his company seem so legit and that they work with you and they can't get their business together and do honest work.

Update Feb. 2019 - they finally came back to complete the hvac months later and it took them 3 weeks to complete because they would forget tools and not be prepared to work. Honestly I was embarrassed for these guys, they used my tools for over 50% of the install. The aftermath is shoddy patched drywall for overcutting the vent holes, and I still have a hole in my kitchen wall, and the duct vents are still just open in my livingroom and my hallway (because they said they don't box it in) and the old electrical panel is still on the wall never removed as quoted. I'm glad my solar is hooked up and i have an hvac but i would never recommend them. Also my solar turned off and they didn't catch it for 2 months so i was paying my solar loan and an electric bill.

Update July 2024
Fuzion reached out recently to ask me to remove my review after so long, however I am not inclined to do that as I still have a hole in my kitchen wall, I still have the old electrical panel on the wall, I still no not have proper air flow to the room where it stuck out above the door, and I had to box in all the ducts myself, and the final nail is that the HVAC system that was installed was too small for my size of house. So I will keep up this review as nothing was remedied to my satisfaction.

Dean and Greg have been such an vital part in picking solar for us. They're local, friendly and always checking to keep us happy. Very much recommend Fuzion Energy if you're looking into solar.
