Update: I've been trying for 2 months now to have someone return my call. They would not assist after installation when there was an issue. I had to call enphase who then had to email them and tell them there was an issue. Be aware, they are great at first and then nothing.

Austin Powell provided us with excellent service and designed for us a high quality system at an unbeatable price. We spoke to places across the country and Canada and Fuzion Home Services beat all of the quotes we gathered. Not only were the solar panels and inverters the best quality, we were able to get our solar placed on our home within a couple weeks of signing with Fuzion. Every other company had told us the wait time would be anywhere from 1-3+ months and could not guarantee we would get the quality of solar panels we got from Fuzion. My experience with Fuzin and Austin Powell was second to none. I work multiple jobs and have very demanding hours. Austin worked with me and my almost impossible scheduling. To say he went above and beyond is almost an understatement. He even met me at work multiple times to review and finalize my contract.
I’ve talked to a hand full of competitors but they were pushy and motivation of profit is almost all I felt. When talking to Austin I didn’t feel pressured or mislead. He was very helpful in explaining every detail from cost to how my system would work.
After signing, there was a few weeks delay, but that is to be expected with the company that Is in demand. After installation I was contacted by Austin to make sure that everything went smoothly. His follow up was very much appreciated and I did have a few small demands that were completed in a very timely fashion.

Fuzion was incredible to work with. I worked with a man named Joe. I’m in my first home and knew very little about solar outside of the research I did myself. Joe did an excellent job explaining the solar process from start to finish including how the panels worked and the panel design to the loan application process. He left no stone unturned and didn’t pressure me into making a decision. He even remembered the name of one of my coworkers just based on where I worked. It was very clear that he and Fuzion really took pride in their customer service and the customer experience. My only complaint with the process has nothing to do with Fuzion but with the bank that I got financing with. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Fuzion Energy. Tell them I sent you!
