We recently bought a house with paid off solar. The problem was the company that installed the solar went out of business and the panels were not operating. Several solar companies would not even come look at the system because they weren’t the original installers. PG&E even told us, “good luck getting a company to touch it.” My realtor called the owners’ of Cal Contrator Services and added me to the call, they were willing to help. The owners run their company with heart and have the absolute best customer service. We all know customer service these days is hard to come by. Not only did they get our system up and running, but they kept in constant contact making sure it continued functioning properly. I highly recommend this company because they will not disappoint.

They fit me into their schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem, and dealt with manufacturer to get warranty part replacement. Within 24 hours of receipt of replacement parts, Cal Contracting had our new invertor installed and we were up and producing! They earned our business for life!

A long story very short, I installed 60 panels on my property but the original solar contractor used the wrong meter (I have two meters) so for the past two years I have received no credit for any of the power I have produced. Enter Contractor Services, Inc upon recommendation from a good friend. Not only did they convince my utility company to switch the meters so I receive credit for energy produced by my panels, but they were also successful getting my net metering approved by the utility. I purchased a solar system from Cal contractor services Inc and am very pleased with the entire process. Some salesmen can be pushy with a contract and try to rush you into signing. However, Kris P. was not pushy. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. They took care of all the permits and submitted all the necessary documentation. They promptly got me on the installation list and once it was time for my installation Israel T., Richard P. , and Kris P. Came to my house. They were professional, very friendly, and answered any questions I had. I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of work and the employees I met.
