I got my backyard concrete done and my front yard turf installed, and it was done nicely. Juan and his team came on time every day and finished the job within a week or so. It looks really good and helped me find something within my budget.

I have had Juan, ( M &M Landscape and Concrete) do variety of Concrete work for my home. In 2023, I had him add another part of a driveway and a area for my dogs. He did such a fantastic job, that I re hired him back this year 2026 to break down some old Concrete work that was done from another company who did a crappie job, And re lay it with new Concrete on both sides of my home. His company does a excellent Job. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ACOMPANY TO DO A AWSOME JOB, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND M & M Landscape and Concreate.

Juan, the owner is very profesional and knowledgeable about his job, he will take every detail in consideration before starting the job. He doesn’t rush the job as others companies that try to finish in 2-3 days, but he guarantees quality of work. His crew is also very skilled and have the appropriate tools and machinery to accomplish the job. I am very glad I chose M&M to do my concrete and yard, their work is a 10/10 best in the area and their prices are great too. Not overpriced at all.

Juan has fair prices. He poured concrete along the side of house and said that he would put drains so water would not build up against house. He did so and it looks great. He did what he said! Will definitely use him again and will tell my friends. AA+++

By far the best cement team I've had so far. Juan and his teams are very professional, very clean, respectful and most importantly the work they produce by the BEST!!. We'll definitely be doing more business in future and I'll be referring (M&M) them to everyone I know need cement!

From the estimate to them completing the actual job, they were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They have a great crew of guys working and we are so happy with the finished product. They are affordable and had some great suggestions for other areas of the backyard I didn’t know what to do with. Highly recommend.

Met with Juan and agreed to his price and set a date to have work done. I reached out the prior day to confirm appointment. He sent my call straight to voicemail and did not reply to a text. I moved two appointments around so as to be home for the appointment with him. If you’re not going to show up or decide to not do the job you should let the person know. This is called common courtesy and being an adult. This could have amounted to more work at my home going forward. If you aren’t diligent upfront how can anyone expect that from you if a problem with your work arises. Poor business practice Juan. Ultimately I went elsewhere and am completely satisfied with their work.

Juan and his team did an amazing job at very fair price. Will definitely be calling him back for future projects. He’s a straight shooter. And very clean , nothing I hate more when a company does work and leaves a mess.

I want to express my satisfaction with M&M Landscape and Concrete. The first time I used this company, I shopped around for the best price, and they offered me the most competitive one. To this day, I do not regret my decision because their work is outstanding.

The initial job they completed for me was about a year ago, when they extended my driveway from the sidewalk into the backyard walkway. It turned out perfectly, just as I envisioned it. More recently, they returned to build a front patio and lay sod for me, and the results were fantastic!

As long as they continue to offer their services in Delano, I will keep using them. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done. The workers are friendly, and the communication is excellent.
