This guy doesn't know how to drive

Nice owner very professional

They said they were going to have someone call me back and to give them my address and number, and instead they called me when they were at my house to open the gate, weird because I thought you called before you set up something not just pop up at somebody’s house ? That was my first experience let me tell you about my second one. After that something else went wrong with my sprinkler so I called them back and told them next time they come can they actually set an appointment instead of coming they told me sure they’ll have somebody call me in the morning. They called me at seven in the morning while I was asleep and when I woke up I called back and they told I had a missed call . An they me nobody can come to my house because they called me to talk ... at seven in the morning ???? and I’m assuming they were calling me at seven in the morning because they were at my house again ? Just horrible... Not too happy with this company I guess they don’t believe in setting appointments before coming over! Rude and annoying!!!!!

After my Gardner tried to hook up some inactive sprinkler heads on one side of my house and they didn’t work, he recommended his brother. When his brother said he wouldn’t be able to look at it until late next week, I research local companies and decided to call Michael Brown Landscaping based on their great reviews. Sure glad I did! They came out the next day and after demonstrating and explaining it to me, had the system running great a few hours later. The two fellas doing the job are awesome and very courteous. Any sprinkler needs in the future, I’m definitely calling them!

Several years ago Michael Brown sent a crew out to repair my sprinklers. They did a wonderful job. They do not service our lawn but exhibited professional customer service on this one time job.
Recently, I requested a bid for a complex on the north side of town. Michael called me directly, he communicated clearly, with timeliness and met my request with great effort. Several days later he followed up with a phone call. No one does that anymore. I presented his bid to the board and hope that his company gets the job. Just from these two brief interactions he comes highly recommended from our family. If you drive by Valley Baptist Church you’ll see his company’s beautiful work. We don’t attend there but their facilities appearance is why we called for a bid.

I called the office inquiring if they could do two repairs pursuant to a home inspection, which were admittedly fairly minor. I thought we had the same understanding of the scope of work. When I received the repair estimate, there was $700 worth of recommendations that were not part of the scope, and was missing one of the two repairs I asked for. When I asked if I could just get a quote for the repairs I requested I was told "I talked to Mr. Brown and he said he is sorry but we are unable to do this work. He said find someone else to do it. We are very busy at this time." What confuses me is I thought the scope of the quote was clear, and I am sure they would not be too busy to perform the $700 worth of repairs I didn't ask for. I understand the job was small and maybe not worth their time, but if that's the case, why take the time to go to my home and quote me for excessive repairs I did not ask for?

Mike and Manuel are great to work with. The work they have done at my house is fabulous and the price was fair. These guys are easy to work with and they do exactly what they say they’re goin to do. They kept the jobsite clean and always kept me up to date on the work being performed. I highly recommend them.
