Worst experience with a contractor. Poor communication, never cleaned up, took 2 months on something that should have been done in Max 2 weeks. Ordered a gate, guys came to set post and take old gate out, told them I need to know when the new will be getting put in as I have a dog that runs free in backyard. Told them to then push gate forward as i still need a locking gate for my dog. 2 weeks later they show up to put gate frame together and paint it... no panels. And never any communication on when they were going to be here. Another week and half went by then they put the panels on. I then get a phone call asking for the check. The project was still not completed. I had no door handles or locks and was missing a few composite pieces. Another week later they show up to put handles on, still no finishing composite piece for another 2 weeks. They finish it up, Finally but was so unprofessional, instead of using a pencil or chalk line to find center, they put sharpie pen across all the fresh painted framing. They also let my neighbor (who also had a gate installed) and my gate slam together causing both handles to be dented and now mine sticks open. Chris called end of May asking for check, I told him I would like him to come look at this work, sharpie and dented door handles don't fly with me. He made plans to stop by Wed...he never showed, no call nothing. The communication with him is non existent, especially with the sub contractor's he hired. The concrete work neighbor got done is not the best. The workers never cleaned up, I been picking screws and cut bolts up since. I would NOT Recommend working with these guys. Take your business elsewhere.

Alex and his crew showed up early and finished my big project same day. They did everything we discussed and made tweaks I requested so that my sprinkler system was optimized. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in Bakersfield looking for quality work!

Mel your technician did an outstanding job. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. When he completed the job he explained all that had been corrected and programed my system to my specifications. Thank you again

Three times I have used this company (on two different houses) and I always have a good experience…. Terrific at sprinkler and drip system repair/replace and concrete cutting if you have a leak… Chris the owner is fast to respond and his employee Israel Peralta was outstanding during a long project day. Five stars!

THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO EXPRESS MY SATISFACTION WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS FROM BEGINNING TO END WITH THE REPLACEMENT AND DESIRED WORK ON MY SPRINKLER. AFTER 20 YEARS OF PATCHING AND PUTTING ON BAND-AIDS TO GET ALONG, I FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE I COULD TRUST TO DO THE WORK. THE INSTALLER WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PERSONABLE. THANK YOU

The crew showed up on time and were very polite. They worked hard to find our water leak and fix it. They had the sprinklers working properly again in a short amount of time. They did a great job of cleaning up the area when they were done working . I was very happy with their service!

We have had the absolute BEST experience with Chris and his company. We had to get our entire back yard of 2100 sq.ft. dug up, graded, and laid with new grass. My 94-year-old mother had a pipe that was leaking water badly underneath the cement pavers in her backyard. Mel dug up the ground to try to access it from a garden area and when he couldn’t, he carefully used a grinder on the mortar/grout lines to remove a section so that he didn’t break the pavers. He fixed the leak and was able to place the paver section back where it was and use mortar to set it again. This was especially wonderful because my late father had custom built this patio floor making the individual pavers and laying them himself. I truly appreciate Mel’s expertise, skill, and commitment to doing excellent work.

My new turf looks wonderful. The whole crew, Israel, Alex, Mel and Santiago were wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had everything installed and cleaned up in three days, in spite of the fact that some of their equipment would not fit through the gate. Thanks, Chris of Stockdale Landscape for the great job! Great company with very reasonable prices that does great work and honor their warranty. I will always use Stockdale landscaping. First couple photos was the install a year ago and pictures with sand was one year update with aeration and sand leveling.

Lesaca Landscaping recently re-sodded my front and back yards. I was given an estimate for the project in advance, and that estimate was ultimately very accurate. The project was started and finished in the timeframe I was initially given, and the finished project was even better than expected. Lesaca Landscaping went above and beyond, finding issues I didn’t know existed with my irrigation system and correcting them before laying the new sod. Our yard looks better than it ever has, and I can’t say how much I appreciate the quality work that was done. I would recommend this company to anyone needing landscaping work.
