I've personally used Reliable in my own home for upholstery cleaning, carpet, and hardwood floor cleaning and have been very satisfied with the service. I've referred them to real estate customers and have been pleased with the service they've provided my customers as well.

The two techs got busy and were done in an hour. They also tried different things to see if the Grout could be brought back to original color but there is too much abuse from former occupants. All the tiles came out looking great!!
Also gave us cleaning advice to maintain appearance. Thanks guys.

Reliable carpet is the best carpet cleaning company in town. They are honest, they are thorough, they are kind and most importantly they are professional. Oh yeah, they are locally owned!! Take a shot, you will not be disappointed.

I hired these guys on Thursday to clean my carpet, my couch and loveseat. I expected them to use the rotovac because when I had hired them before, that’s exactly what they used for a deep clean. This time they used some thing else, and when I started looking at my carpet, I noticed that it was not cleaned very well in some places. The couches looked real bad after they dried. They were really hard to the touch. So the next day I reached out to Reliable and told him my concerns and asked if they can come back out and use the rotary vac as expected. I sent pictures to show them what I was seeing. After going back and forth via text messages they refused to come out and rectify the the poor job that was done and quit responding to me. I paid over $400 for the work, and I am completely unsatisfied very disappointed. I wish I never hired them and will never again.

I hired Tuff Carpet Cleaning to redo what Reliable did not do, which is clean. They did an amazing job! Please go to their page and see my review and photos there!!!

They showed up at the designated time of my appointment, they did a great job, were very thorough, and they are a local family own business which I really appreciate. Good job. Did not completely get the spots out that I pointed out to them. I feel like they hurried. I have a tiny living room apartment.
It would not have hurt if they would have put more effort into the spot treatments. Mind you, I’ve had my carpets done before at a different place and they spot treat the major stains first before the job. The skipped this part. Other than that, the workers were polite and respectful. A couple of young men probably with their first job.

Fantastic service! The guys showed up, were super friendly and professional and got right to work. They did a stellar job and even went over a couple spots I pointed out when they showed up twice. I feel as if the price as completely fair for a living room and 3 bedrooms. I will definitely be using Reliable again.

They are the best! I had them come do our living room, playroom and white couch! Everything looks like new!!! Could not be happier! They were very professional and kind!
