They’re wonderful. I have floor tile that’s about 20 years old. The grout in traffic area was dark. The original color was light sand color. Tile and grout look nearly new. They’re so professional and quick.

Amazing customer service by Linda to start off. Very helpful, informative and personable. The technician , Vincent, was very professional, polite and prompt. The work done was amazing and above and beyond what was expected and what I could’ve hoped for considering the damage I had on my carpet. Repeat business will be a thing for me with this company and I will recommend it them to my friends for sure. Already saved on my contacts lol.

Called into the office to get a quote on cleaning up large L shaped sofa. Spoke to Nancy & Nancy was extremely professional and nice. She gave me a few recommendations and gave me a price. We set up the appointment. Had the two technicians come out , Victor & Issah , both very also extremely professional. They came in looked at the sofa ( had large amounts of urine from dogs over time ). They explained the process , gave a few recommendations and go to work. Sofa looks brand new and Odor and stains are now gone. They offered additional services ( which I will be getting down the road) and thank me for my business. Overall . Quick , efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend this company for upholstery and other surfaces cleaning.

When I say our carpets were BAD before, I mean bad bad. Pet stains, years of wear and tear. It was gross. I called this company to clean the two bedrooms we had an issue with, and they were AMAZING. So so polite and professional. I felt safe having them in my home. They explain all expectations clearly and I received a quote over the phone quickly. Even the lady on the phone was extremely polite and friendly. The results were incredible, my jaw dropped. The rooms smell like a nice hotel now and the carpet (likely from the 90s) looks brand new now. We’ll definitely be calling them again!

Great experience, Im a First time customer and was extremely happy with the service. Isiah was my technician and he was very professional and friendly, Im very impressed with the work he did. I would highly recommend Reliable Carpet and Tile Clean because they did such a great job on my carpet, but mostly because of the people working there. Amazing!

Pool Companies just don’t stick for me in Bakersfield. Came home to a completely green, algae filled pool a couple weeks back. Called Cory and team got us dialed in and we haven’t looked elsewhere for service yet. Maybe because my pool is a hassle. I don’t know. Anyway, they know what they are doing.

Cory and his Techs are always on time and super cool. I’ve been using them for 3 years now. Decided to give them a well-deserved review after this long. Just got my filters changed as well. They are my go to guys for continuous maintenance and part replacement. 5 stars. I think Cory is from Bakersfield as well

I really don't have a social media presence, the only time I will write a review is if the business, their employees and their service goes above and beyond my expectations and Benton park cleaners does that every time.

I brought my extremely large (approximately queen-sized) heavy-knit blanket to Benton Park Cleaners for a refresher wash. I have had it washed at another place before, and I must say when I came in to pick it up, I smiled so big because the blanket looked so good! I definitely will be returning! Their prices are excellent as well!
