Dillen with Harris cleaning company did an amazing job at our house cleaning the carpets! We have a ten year old with guinea pigs and two dogs so our flooring can get pretty dirty. Dillen was very professional, taking great care in not scratching our hardwood floor to get to the carpeted rooms. He was very reasonably priced and handled it quickly! Dillon Harris, the owner, is a conscientious professional who did an expert job for me. I had many "pet spots" that needed strict attention and he did the job right. He pre-treated the carpet, then deoderized the whole house (not just the spots), then thoroughly cleaned the carpets. It was a beautiful outcome and I'm so pleased with his work. My house smells like a garden of fresh flowers and fresh air! He is so pleasant to do business with and extremely competent. I will continue calling on him for future jobs. I don’t usually write reviews, but this carpet cleaning experience absolutely deserves one. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The team were incredibly professional, and treated my home with care and respect. They explained the process clearly, moved furniture carefully, and got to work with zero fuss.

Now for the results: WOW. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to bring my carpets back to life like this. Stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the entire house smells fresh and clean without any heavy chemical odor. It looks and feels like brand-new carpet.

They even did a little extra in the high-traffic areas without being asked — that kind of attention to detail is rare these days. I will absolutely be using them again.

There was urine on the carpet that was really strong and we had a different business come out twice because it was so bad and they still could not get the smell out. Nice people but this business has been around a long time so they don’t put as much time and effort in. I reached out to Harris cleaning and talked to Dillen and he fit me in the schedule really fast. He really took his time cleaning the carpet and getting the smell out!
