Broke our gas meter and didnt even bother to advise us . Then gave me a dirty look because i took a picture of there truck.

I scheduled an appointment with the owner, he sounded great for the weekly gardening service I needed. However, he NEVER showed up for the estimate to give me for my lawn service. He didn’t even have the decency to call me. Thank you Alan for showing me what kind of circus you’re running before I trusted you with my lawn.

I have been working with Alan for years and he does amazing service! I recently came to a new property and he turned my property around within weeks! Always reliable & adorable! I would recommend him to anyone!

I wouldn't recommend this guy "Alan Jack lawn service" to my worst enemy. I almost called Police on him. I should have.
He came to my house to do a total clean out in my backyard because I had kind of a jungle going on from overgrowth for 3 years and he gave me an estimate.
He didn't show up the first and second time and I kept calling him because he did give me a good estimate but when he came finally to do the work his guys worked for an hour and a half with a crew of maybe about 7 guys and didn't complete the work that I had agreed with him to do and told his guys that they were done and to start packing it up even though the work was not complete that we had agreed upon.
when I told him that nothing had been touched on the side of the yard and against my fence where the main jungle issues were he got extremely upset and told me that his crew had worked enough and when I asked him to complete the work he grabbed the chainsaw from one of his workersand started swinging wildly while it was on chopping down everything in sight he cut a tall Bush of mine in half because he was angry and when he did he cut the cable on my house while wildly swinging the chainsaw, so that it interrupted my television service and I had to call and get it repaired and he had told me and promised me he was going to repair some sprinklers and seed my grass which he never did and then he also never completed the lawn service that he had been hired to complete and when I asked him if he was going to he didn't even bother to respond and then also swinging a running chainsaw within two feet of me wildly chopping down everything in his reach.

I thought that this company Alan Jacks was a good one. I was really WRONG. These people are lazy, dirty, rude and unprofessional. All they did was make a mess. I had to spend more money cleaning up the mess they did. This Alan Jack Lawn Service is HORRIBLE They provided me with horrible customer service. Some of the workers look like they are under the influence of a controlled substance. DO NOT call them for any lawn service or any work they are awful and they suck!

These guys did a great job! My business looks a million times better for sure! He came the same day I reach out for an estimate walked me through what his guys would be taking care of and prices ect. Definitely a great company and will continue to use these guys in the future!

We had to relocate two sprinklers and Alan Jack was quick to come out and inspect and provided me with a very fair price. His team showed up on time and quickly finished with moving the two sprinklers. Later I saw that one sprinkler was only getting a trickle of water, Alan came back out to check for a clog but it needed to be replaced. He did it on the spot which was greatly appreciated! We will use Alan Jack and his team for future projects!

Alan Jack’s crew made quick work of my yard clean up and did a great job! Communications were good and everything I asked for was done exactly as I requested. They were all courteous, they took pride in their work and made sure I was happy before they left. Thank you!!

whoever was driving sucks pulled out in front of me with their long trailer wouldve collided if i was going any faster or not paying attention

These guys are the gardeners at my daughter's apartments. They just blow dirt around. Leaving everyone's porch a disaster. So lazy. I do not recommend them.

This company seemed to be in charge of the lawn care at the cemetery where my family members are buried. They had one person with a weeder and one with a riding lawn mower. The one with the riding mower was riding it quickly across a lot of headstones and some headstones were cracked AND METAL WAS BENT and mulch was left on top of them. There was debris of flag pieces and pieces of fake flowers in multiple places across the lawn.
It's disrespectful. They should never be doing this especially on memorial day.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Alan Jack’s absolutely earned this one. From start to finish, the experience felt easy, professional, and genuinely high quality. I needed a mix of work done - front yard trimming, backyard mowing and maintenance for a couple of smaller lawn areas, plus a full clean-up with weeds pulled throughout the entire property (front, back, and both side yards). It wasn’t a small job, but everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The front yard looked noticeably sharper after the trimming - clean edges, nothing rushed or uneven. The backyard areas, which can be a bit tricky, were mowed evenly and left looking fresh without any mess left behind. What really stood out though was the weed removal. They didn’t just do a quick pass - they took the time to get into all the areas that are easy to ignore, especially along the sides. It made a bigger difference than I expected. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done. Communication was straightforward, they showed up when they said they would, and the whole place looked better without me having to point out anything or ask for touch-ups. If you’re looking for someone reliable who pays attention to the details and leaves your yard looking genuinely taken care of, I would definitely recommend Alan’s services.

Inconsiderate and overpriced.

They park on streets with "no parking any time" signs and block the roadway.

This company services the parking lots where I work. They blow leaves and dirt at our cars instead of away. Many people who work here have complained about wet leaves and mud being plastered across our cars but they continue to do it like it’s a game to them.

Having a very disappointing situation with this company. Yesterday, as they were servicing the community complex I live at grass, the lawn mower driver Jose’s machine flung a rock into my bedroom window and it shattered a big hole in the glass. Mind you this is not the first time this has happened, but the damage was so bad I ran outside to tell him what he did and he blatantly denied it. With the proof being so obvious at least the supervisor Jesus who came out to assess the situation determined that the company was at fault and assured me it would be taken care of. I waited for the call from Jessica, who called me at 9am yesterday morning, she said I would be getting a call from the window repair company, and if they didn’t call within two hours to call her back. Well I did not receive a call, so of course I reached back out to her, she has not answered any of my calls. I called the supervisor Jesus again who seemed very confused as to why she wasn’t responding, he told me today that he would call her. I have NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM ANYONE AND NOBODY IS RESPONDING NOW. This is a violation and very upsetting.
