This is my happy place! Absolutely love it here. So many plants, trees, bushes oh my! Lol. Please, if you haven't been here, give them a try. If nothing else but for the views .

The nursery I've been frequenting is exceptional, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the business I've conducted with them. Their extensive variety of plants is truly impressive, catering to every gardening need and aesthetic preference. Each visit is a delight, with the opportunity to choose from a lush array of greenery, from the most delicate flowers to the hardiest shrubs. I appreciated the variety of fruit trees. The place was very organized. The staff was attentive and had a lot of knowledge of the trees and bushes.

Amazing products, amazing staff, amazing owners. I am so appreciative of their knowledge and helpfulness, especially now that they are recommending the plant nutrient packs with their plant sales. I have never been disappointed in anything i have bought here and it is always a pleasure to peruse.

My first time coming here, they have a big selection of plants and they are beautiful, all the staff that helped me were so nice but the cashier was kinda rude, she was not very helpful when I asked her for a plant and i felt intimidated cause I was not sure about the name of a plant, she was drawing on a paper while I was paying so her attitude made me not want to come back here. Also another women that was with her did not greet me when I said hello to them. The rest of the people that were working outside were really nice. So bad I had to end this first experience like that.

This place was awesome! They have so much greenery. The employees were so helpful. Got a few plants. Will be going back soon.

First time visiting the White Forest. This place is huge. They have plenty of parking out front. Inside the building is filled with exotic house plants. All the tools you'll need for your gardening pleasure. Perhaps you looking for plant hangers and pots they have it all. Vegetables and fruit plants along with fruit trees of all sorts fills every foot of the property. Are you looking to enhance your front yard or back with flowers or vegetation, swing by they have it too. They have a large variety of soils and soil accessories to help you get started with your garden. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and could answer any questions. Shout out to George who was kind and helpful. Also special thanks to my girl Red who made the experience even better with her friendly service. Come by and put your name in the raffle upon making a purchase. The pictures I'm sharing are the end result of everything I purchased at the White Forest down to the soil. Definitely will come back!

I wish i would have written the review sooner because i forgot the name of the gentleman who helped us.. He was super sweet and understanding..didnt mind explaining basics of indoor plants. I got 2 6" spider plants for $15 on the day they had a special and a bareroot rose about 2 and half feet tall for $30. All the staff we encountered were very polite. It was clean and well maintained, labeled, and easy to walk around.

So I'm Four years in to my new business I'm on my seventh property. Full landscaping.Not just a few things here and there Customer asked me, how can I save you time? So it's cheaper on him, so I give him a list of all the plants, all the trees, all the fruit trees, everything. There is going to be a total of 44 trees purchased 5 shade trees, 39 fruit trees. I recommended that he calls white forest. It's who I've always used He\n Calls me pissed off because he thinks I made him look like an idiot telling me there's no such thing as a type A or B Avocado. I explained to him that there is. I sent him a screenshot from Google of a quick explanation. I then to verify called white forest. I must have gotten the same woman. I should have gotten her name. She then gets into an argument with me about. I don't know what I'm talking about that. There's no such thing as type a or b. Avocado. I guess I should have given her names like hass, Fuerte, Pinkerton So I tried to explain to the customer that sometimes mistakes happen, and it's an employee, and maybe it would just be best to notify the owners that they need to better train their employees or make damn sure whoever picks up the phone knows plants. I simply do a job. If my customer says we are not shopping there, they are not getting my tens of thousands of dollars, I will have no dealings with them if the business cannot make sure their employees are properly educated. I'm going to be using bowles. I was asked by my customer. Is there anywhere else in town? We can get all this. I don't care if it costs more or we can order it from a nursery outside. The area as long as they understand what I want, and what you're telling me, unfortunately, some people once they've been burned or given an issue, there is no making it up. But you guys lost a lot of revenue. You need to understand that some people when they call. You are about to drop some serious cash and I don't want to risk in the future. Having another upset customer, so maybe for my personal needs at my property. I will still go to white forest but I can't risk it going forward with my customers. This guy, I work for is normally a very nice understanding person.This woman must have said something or done something.She was rude to me.She was combative , and there was no correcting her

I have a complaint, my wife and I come to White Forest nursery once every couple of months because it’s so far for us to come to. We really like the nursery tons of plants tons of cactuses trees indoor outdoor trees. The place is great just come and walk around and look, admire all the beautiful plants, with that being said we have been buying all of our trees at White Forest. We bought four orange trees, apricot tree and a peach tree. everything has been fine. The trees are all growing and are happy however we made a special trip out to the nursery and bought two dwarf, apple trees and two dwarf cherry trees. The guy and the girl working out in the trees were very helpful and took them up to the front for us. “ Thanks “ so we get them plant. The apples and and one of the cherry trees are doing great new growth new leaves very happy trees. However, the one cherry tree leaves, crisp up, fell off and has dead. I was quite disappointed in that, but I had hopes after a while it would come around and get started growing. I checked the trunk and it was dry, so I called white force nursery, and explained the situation to the young lady. I had my receipt gave her all the information she needed she looked me up in your guys computer And sure enough I had bought the trees however there was a problem and the problem was we were out of warranty? The warranty for the trees were 30 days and at this point we were at six weeks and after a moment, I finally said to the young lady I guess I’m just out of luck then, she said yes you are. That’s not a good way to be doing customers I mean I bought 10 trees from your nursery and had only one not make it. You would think that you would be able to make an exception, I can see warranty and guidelines, but when you miss it by two weeks and you were sitting there, hoping that that maybe the thing is just in shock. so now it’s too late in the year, I’ll wait till spring, and since I live out on the west side, I will go to the larger nurseries out here only five minutes from the house, but we wanted to go across town to your nursery. I’m really sorry to have to complain, I have thought about this situation for another couple of weeks and it just keeps bothering me. but that is not right. Thanks for your time. We do love your plants and the selection you guys have GREAT. Good day.

October 6, 2025 This is an update to my previous review.

Jerry from White Forest Nursery reached out to me and he checked into the issue with the dead tree. Jerry was very apologetic and said that his employees thought we were talking about a tree we had bought two years ago. I was told to bring the tree back and he would exchange it for a healthy tree. Jerry was totally polite. The employees that helped us get the tree were super polite and helpful as far as picking it out and the lady at the cash register was polite and easy to get along with. I am very pleased with the outcome the proper way of doing business thank you Jerry thank you White Forest Nursery and employees and we will be back again this spring.
