When we needed septic maintenance he recommended Hometown's Jason and Jason team to come out. one of the tanks is quite deep but these two endured and got the job done on a very hot day. They did a great job yesterday and today with removing our old septic tank and bringing and installing a new septic tank. There was a lot of dirt to dig up then put back down. It was put back perfect. There was no mess for us to clean up. We would highly recommend this company for any type of job needed. Thank you so much!

On top of that, they were friendly and more than willing to answer all of our questions and get everything done the right way. The toilet in my apartment was acting funky last week, so I put in a work order with my management company. I missed a call from Marina at Hometown Plumbing. When I was finally able to return the call, Marina was super helpful and very efficient with getting me scheduled. Friendliness is so underrated today, and I really appreciated the brief conversation we shared. She scheduled Michael to come out and take a look at the issue. Michale arrived on the dot and was also very friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, picked up after himself, and gave a little advice. Michael was very attentive and conscious of my home. I'd totally recommend Hometown Plumbing for any of plumbing needs.

Called at 10am. Tech was here by 1:15. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Fix the issue with my drain backing up and it was a very good price point as well. Definitely recommend and will call them for my next service.

My daughter flushed wipes down the toilet causing the drains to get blocked. Called and was able to get a plumber in the next hour. When Robert showed up he instantly was very unprofessional. My dad let him know to use the plug in that was in the back because the front of the house didn’t have ground. ( he lives in an older house) the back half was added on. He instantly started saying “ if this shocks me you know it’s gonna be bad and you know what going to happen” so he goes to the top of the house and says he gets shocked while he was snaking the house. Throws his stuff off the roof and says he is not doing it. We just had a friend up there snaking the house but it wasn’t long enough. We told him there is no way he got shocked. Then he just continues. He says he can’t get the blockage that we need a camera to go through because he used all his line. My dad asked him to please go another route he has an attitude goes back up and instantly gets the wipes out. Instead of asking where he can through them he throws them in our front yard in the flower bed. Definitely will not be using this company again. Paid 290$ for the worst service.

I actually called Hometown Plumbing from a recommendation from my brother who was a building inspector and it turns out they were a different company with the same name. Regardless of that fact the Hometown Plumbing I called lived up to the high standards I was told to expect.

I called at around 10am on Saturday morning and the technician (James) was there by 11am. He was very friendly, asked me the right questions to find out quickly what the problem was and got right to work.

In my case it a clog that had probably been in the making for years and was 30-35 feet down the pipe. He got it cleared out and did so with no mess or fuss.

The cost for a weekend callout was just $197 which I understand from my brother and an extended family member who is a plumber in another city said that price was extremely reasonable.

I already have Hometown Plumbing in my contact list. I definitely recommend calling them if you have any drain or septic issues and live in Bakersfield or nearby areas.
