I had experience with this company twice! Affordable and prompt. Mike and Mattew are very nice. Also water insurance contracts with them! I'll use for my future service.

They say they charge by the hour but they spent 3 minutes fixing one problem and when I wanted them to check something else they said it would be an addition charge. They weren't here 5 minutes but charged for 1 hr. I asked for the senior discount and they deducted $1.00. Yes, one dollar. What a joke. Will never call them again.

I don't know about there services but there drivers are not great! We had van # 92 run a stop sign and cut us off over by CALM museum. Then as we are approaching another stop sign, they ran that one. Not safe driving, especially when children are around!

Awesome service from both the office and the tech. Matt did a fantastic job and gave suggestions to help prevent drain clogging in the future.

Stan's just re-piped my house. They did a great job. Very professional. Did a nice clean job and made as little disruption as possible. Would definitely use them again.

They came out did nothing besides look at it and took off I have dogs yes it's gonna smell like shit but I clean that up and I miss a day of work they just hire anyone that lazy.

I had a leak which quickly turned into a small pond. It was an extremely hot day and Nathan came out and worked without stopping until he found and repaired the pipe. He was so professional and kind even to a scared little kitten. He also cleaned up the cement and mud from all of this. Highly recommend this business.

Mike was excellent at his job, kind and polite. He went the extra mile to make sure our outside water line would be fixed by day's end. Our family will definitely use Stan's in the future.

I have used this business several times in the past for my rentals, I always had a fair price and fast thorough service, until oct the 8th I needed a shower drain fixed, the plumber came out that week and said it was a easy fix and he would order the part and have it the following week, he also quoted me a price of 75.00

As of today 11/13 no part no plumber and was told over the phone it would cost DOUBLE! And she even told me she was doing me a favor and going to have the supervisor come out to look at it again! 😳😜!! not even an apology!!!!

Mike Boonstoppel came to our residence the same day I called. I'd obviously called the right place. He remembered being here before as it is an older home. He probed 5 inches under the soil to find a safer place to snake the drain than running through the more delicate PVC pipe that ran through the kitchen and basement. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely be calling Stan's again when it is time to replace the older piping to the sewer. Office dispatch was very friendly and professional as well. 5 Stars.

They were on time and reasonable rates. The plumber who came was very kind and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I felt he was honest. I will definitely call them again.

Josh was amazing!! He worked his butt off until the job was done, never once gave up. Even tho this old house gave him all kinds of trouble!!! I will ONLY call Stan's discount plumbing for my needs. Give that boy a raise, he earned it!!!!

Best in the business. They have taken care of our Church property well. Our Church was built in the 1930s and went through several changes over the years. Plumbing is always an issue but Stan's always helps us.

I had a problem with my toilet at my rental property. Stan’s changed a wax ring but problem was not the wax ring. When I called them a month later to explain why the wax ring was changed, Shawna was very rude and even hung up on me.

Got a call from my tenant at 11:30pm on a Friday night that all drains in the house were backed up. Called Stan's and they had a plumber on site within an hour. He took care of the problem and the cost was about half what I expected it to be given the time of day and the length of time he spent there. Very pleased with the service.

We had Christian come out and we had a very bad rusted flange and needed it replaced. He replaced everything and now we have our toilet working again. Thank-you very grateful for all your work. Cindy Hufnagel

I had a great experience all around. I can’t remember the technicians name but he was very friendly and informative. He even drew me a diagram of how the plumbing most likely is in the wall. I called to schedule to have them out to clean out my washing machine drain line. They had an opening the next day. She called back a little while later and said they had a cancellation and he could be here is 10 mins. He was! Price was reasonable too! Highway recommend! Also I called a different company before and still haven’t gotten a call back.

I have had Stans plumbing come out a couple times & had okay service. On 4/20/21 they the two boys that came out said it would be $69 they said they “fixed it” then charged me $103. I didn’t mind the price difference however a week later and it’s not working again. They stated they would come back and fix it, now they call me this morning and said never mind we will charge you again. Completely unprofessional and the receptionist is down right rude. Find a company that stands behind their work I thought this company was great I was VERY wrong!
