I have used Stan’s several times before and my employer has used them for years. Never had any complaints. They are also very reasonable.

I would not recommend this company. I had them out to detect a gas leak at my church. they misdiagnosed the leaks and charged me $650. Then pressure tested my line again and said I had six more leaks under the building gave me the option to repair the line for $2400 more dollars. I went ahead with the work when they showed up to start the job they said they needed another $1000 dollars for material. I canceled the work!

This company is very unprofessional. The receptionist is unprofessional and rude when I called the office.. she said if I didn’t like it, I don’t need to call them anymore. The service technicians are unprofessional and uneducated and dishonest. They should not be giving estimates ,They were all over the place with their pricing. I’m not sure these technicians were legally authorized to give the estimates. in the state of California the license holder is the only person allowed to give bids or estimates. Always check the CSLB website first!

We called another plumbing company. They came out and fixed the problem within a couple hours for a small fraction of the price.
And the leak wasn’t even in the areas that Stan’s technicians said it was. Don’t waste your time or money with theses people. Call a plumber who cares!

Andy came to further assess the situation after I had discovered a leak somewhere in my wall in both my kitchen and adjoining guest bathroom. He arrived very quickly even though it was at 7:00 at night. He made sure I understood what he was doing and explained the way the plumbing was routed in that area. He had to cut a hole in the drywall to find exactly where the leak was and made sure we were okay with that. Sure enough there was a pinhole leak in the copper pipe. Once he found the leak he repaired it quickly. Andy was super friendly, knowledgeable, and personable the entire time, answered all of my questions and was very empathetic towards our situation. We thought because of the time he came over and how extensive the labor was it was going to be super expensive but the price was extremely fair. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and specifically Andy to anyone.

I had a kitchen sink plugged up. Called Stan's, and they were able to come out and take care of it. Curtis was cool. got right to the job and was done fast. Will definitely use Stan's again.

Google says they are open. Called today and the answering service said call back tomorrow because they aren’t open…

Fantastic customer service! The tech had the toilet valve unit replaced in under 5 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. Have been using them for my plumbing needs since 2003, and they never cease to amaze me with their expertise and price.

Most reasonably priced of the 4 businesses I contacted for main sewer line clean out. They came the same day and knocked the problem out in less than an hour. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant & helpful. The man who came to service my property was professional & efficient. I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.

Stan's Discount Rooter & Plumbing did a fantastic job. Francisco came out quickly when we had a pipe break and repaired and replaced what needed to be fixed quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. The cost was reasonable, as well. Very impressed and very much recommend.

Horrible and disrespectful employee Matt truck #18 instead of parking by the area he was working at was parked in front of my place. I asked him nicely to move and instead was rude. I called the office and the receptionist was just as rude. When I asked to speak to her boss or owner she lied saying she was the boss and hung up on me. I called back to ask her name and who owned the company because I did not believe an owner of the company whose other employees besides Matt or her have been very professional. Her smart mouth says Stanley plumbing hello. I said well you said your the owner so this is the professionalism of the wife? She hung up on me after saying I can walk. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this company. My place and the one he is working at with door open has not one vehicle parked on that side. I came home from urgent care and this is what I had to deal with. Thanks for kindness Matt truck #18 as you said sitting in your van and the sweet receptionist that co-signed your rudness. This company sure has changed.

We've always been happy with Stan's. From bathtub issues to water heaters to Main Line plugs. We had a plumbing issue today. I called them at 8 a.m. and they had someone out to the house at 10:00 a.m. to resolve the problem. Andy did a great job and the price was very reasonable.

This company came out to service the plumbing where my office is and multiple others. I decided to write this because they were very polite and quick to fix the issue but they cleaned up all the mess outside sprayed the parking lot , sidewalks and windows any dirt may have got on, floors in the restrooms were left clear of any dirt that may of been tracked in before leaving our location. Great job and great customer service!

I had a repair man at my door within hours. He was helpful & efficient. He listened to me but had a greater knowledge & explained it to me. I appreciated him completing the work
quickly, as well. Now our water is back up and running hot!

Advanced plumbing was very courteous and punctual. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The service technician was on time and explained everything in detail and gave us options as well. We needed a new hot water heater and he installed it in no time and brought it up to code. I would recommend anyone to call Advanced Plumbing for their plumbing needs.

Advance plumbing is a dependable And wonderful service !! I have used them for years and I now have now moved and continue to use them in my Present home also! Ryan the technician is always very helpful and goes out of his way to repair and accommodate in every way. I highly recommend them. When you make an appointment They always give a window of time when they should be arriving and then on that day someone always calls from the office to say when the technician is on their way.

Ryan (Advanced Plumbing Tech) provided excellent service from the start. He arrived in time. Job invoice description was pretty straight forward. All labor and parts cost was calculated by their own software which eliminated the need for the tech to come up with their own price assessment. The service was completed in a timely manner and work was cleaned up after. I highly recommend this company.

This company was amazing at Re-piping our hot water lines in our home. They came out the same day and gave us an estimate and the worker was very patient and informative. They started working on our home the very next day and the job was complete in 2 days! The owner is an awesome guy! I would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing.

I would for sure recommend this company. I actually had a great experience with them and will for sure be using them in the future. I am very impressed with Ryan's customer service! He was out on three different calls and was amazing each time. I felt like he really did care to succeed at what he came out to do. Also his communication was great.
