I am thrilled that, Daniel Brennan Service Technician, solved all of my plumbing challenges. He was an expert listener, but even more than that, he stayed with me (attention wise) throughout my explanations and descriptions. I thought that I would have to address one problem per service call. My immediate need was the sink. I was planning to schedule another appointment for the new toilet and install. I couldn't believe it when he told me that the technicians carry a toilet on their trucks and that he could install immediately! (An elongated Kohler! Perfect!)
He was so patient and kind, that I ventured to show him a problem that a previous plumber was unable to solve/fix. Daniel was able to diagnose the problem within seconds. I was amazed with Daniel's people and plumbing skills. I can now relax when visitors access the half bath from the pool area, and anyone needs to run the hose from several spigots around the house. I am breathing a sigh a relief as I write this review. Peace. That is what Daniel and Advanced Plumbing accomplished. Expert knowledge and skills and professionalism. I have used Advanced Plumbing for a number of years. Ryan has come to my aid a couple of times and just now installed a new kitchen faucet. He has always been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, timely and is not afraid of my dog. Their phone customer service representative was also very helpful. I recommend Advanced Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Advanced Plumbing is awesome!! Enough said. My husband and I have been customers for several years now. We have now referred our parents and grandparents to them too. Our whole family just can say it enough of what a wonderful job they do each time we call them to come out to take care of our plumbing needs. Ryan Thompson is the best technician! He is always on time, hard working, takes time to answer all of my questions, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and is an all around great guy. I was gathering quotes for installing a new water heater. Ryan with APS was very competitive with pricing, but moreover, he thoroughly explained the difference in models, suggested a brand and told me why it was the best for our needs.

When came time for installation, he was prompt again, and very efficient. We almost forgot he was here as he was very quiet and cleaned as he went along.

Excellent plumbing company. I found a water leak and they arrived and fixed it within a couple of hours. The technician identified exactly where the leak occurred in the wall and that meant he didn’t need to cut unnecessary holes. Very professional, efficient and responsive. Awesome customer service! Ryan was great... he was able to diagnose our plumbing problem right away. Another local company had been to our home 3 times and never got it right. Thank you Ryan; we now have consistent hot water!! We will always use Advanced Plumbing and refer all our friends and family! Price for service was also very reasonable compared to others.

My wife contacted Advanced Plumbing around 930am and was greeted by a helpful employee. The employee looked up who was available in our area and said that someone would be at our home within an hour and a half. The service technician arrived within that amount of time. Ryan was knowledgeable and personable. He took care of our concerns quickly and efficiently and also gave a reasonable estimate for the repairs. We would definitely recommend Advanced Plumbing.

I've been using advanced plumbing for many years. I've always been extremely happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. Recently I had a lot of under sink work corrected (past owner) and it not only involved plumbing but drywall and stucco repair. Everybody who worked on the house did a beautiful job. I highly recommend advanced plumbing. Ryan has been especially helpful.

Advanced plumbing service did a great job fixing a flooding toilet in the house. The technician was kind and the response time was within 24 hours. Everybody is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for future plumbing Issues

We had a gas leak that the gas company narrowed down to the garage that had been converted into a bedroom. They shut off the gas & we were without heat or hot water. We needed to have repairs made quickly as my mother who is 85 yrs old lives with us. Advanced Plumbing was the only company that responded quickly and on time, they came out that day and the technician Daniel Brennan was able to locate where he thought the leak was coming from. I unfortunately at the time wanted to get a second opinion & had another company come out, which was a waste of time.

I called Advanced back & Tina was able to get Daniel out that next day to repair the leak. We called the gas company to come out and they found no traces of the leak, however they found problems not having to do with the leak in the water heater. Daniel was able to replace it same day. He was professional and very clean in the way he worked. I've had other contractors come out & they always leave a mess I have to clean up, Daniel left it spotless. I hope to never need their service again, but if I do they will definitely be the first ones I call.

I have used Advanced Plumbing several times, as they are the only ones who actually have someone in the office that answers the phone and listens to your issue and schedules your appointment. Each time, the technician advised and recommended what would be best. Always explains in detail what he will do, how much it will cost PRIOR to doing any work and the length of time needed. From phone call to completed repair, hands down the most professional and personable company to deal with at a time that is never planned. Advanced Plumbing is in my contacts and they are the only plumbing company I will call.

I had to get plumbing service right away because my kitchen faucet was not working. Advanced Plumbing was able to fit me in the very same day. Ryan, my service technician, was great! He was professional, efficient, pleasant and on time! I have already recommended Advanced Plumbing to friends. I am very pleased with the service and the job.

This is the second time that the same service technician came to work for us. He did such a good job the first time on our shower faucets that we asked him to repair our water heater. It wasn't reparable so he was able to change it the same day! Christian is respectful, informative and left everything clean. He told me he really enjoys working with Advanced Plumbing which says a lot about his employers and the business.

This company is amazing! So is Ryan!!!! I had a water leak and they came out the same day. While waiting for the technician, the office staff was able to guide me over the phone on how to shut off the main water valve. Ryan was very professional, courteous and helpful. He took his time and did what needed to be done without trying to charge for anything extra. He helped me set up an appointment with restoration who came out the very same day. I contacted Advanced Plumbing based on the positive reviews I read and I am glad i did. I had two shower faucets that were in need of repairs. I called and made an appointment with a very courteous member of their office team who also explained their "by the job" vs hourly billing. I was contacted prior to my appointment by the technician Ryan (also very courteous) who arrived a little ahead of schedule. He had me show him what was in need of repair. He diagnosed and explained to me in detail what the repairs would entail, the exact cost, and warranty (all before performing any work). The work was performed in a timely manner and my showers work better than when I purchased my home. Ryan also went out of his way to source and replace a part at no cost that was needed for cosmetic purposes. Based on my experience I would recommend Advanced Pluming to any person in need of plumbing work.

Our technician, Daniel, was very professional with excellent communication skills. He was extremely friendly allowing my grandson to tag along as he fixed the shower. He was thorough ! He also repaired another faucet, letting me know that it wasn't critical but would only get worse in time. I appreciated his honesty. I will use Advance Plumbing if I ever need plumbing services again!

I have used Advanced Plumbing in the past and was highly impressed with their service. I had to call upon them again today for a different issue. Chris came out to handle the repairs to a hose line. Chris was extremely professional and walked me through the process. The repair was done quickly and looked great. I will continue to recommend their services to friends and family.

This company does not have your best interest. We called for a slow flow of toilet. I told the technician we purchased an auger and couldn’t clear it. He asked what kind and I said just a $15 one. He said those 3 ft ones don’t really do the job. He then said he didn’t think the problem was in the main line because our bathtub was fine and other bathroom. So instead of having our best financial interest he charged me over $200 to stick a 6 foot auger down my toilet (not including the service fee). Granted he fixed the clog, but he also failed to tell me I could have saved money just buying a new toilet or a longer auger. I understand a business needs to make its money but honesty is key to any GOOD business. To make it all the worse the technicians attitude was very unprofessional. I felt pushed into signing for the service when I told him my husband was 1 minute away to handle it. I am so disappointed in this service.

This was the first time I used Advanced Plumbing. They arrived within the time window provided and respected my time as being important to them. Ryan was an absolute professional and did a great job making the two repairs we needed. The process was made easy which has not been my experience with some companies.

The prices charged were consistent with what I have paid for other plumbing work, not over priced but not dirt cheap either. Considering prices are close to equal I want to give business to a company I can trust to do the job correctly on the first attempt. I recommend Advanced and I will utilize their services again in the future.

I'd used this company previously for a bathroom job at my old residence where they had to replace my toilets wax ring as well as resetting anchoring bolts in the ground to hold the toilet in place. They did a great job then so when my dog crashed into the spigot in my backyard and I needed to get into the wall to repair it I called Advanced Plumbing to come take a look. They were quick to get me scheduled and were able to get out next day. Their technician, Christian, who incidently was the same person who had fixed the toilet previously, was professional and quick to get the work done within the time he had estimated and the repair has held wonderfully ever since. I absolutely recommend giving these guys a call for any of your repair needs and similarly would recommend Christian individually regardless of the company he was working for. Great experience all around and I'll be calling them back when the need should arise.
