Hi, I live in El Paso Texas, an my sister lives in Bakersfield Calif an had an emergency issue with her hot water heater an this company came to her aid as needed. The cost to update her system an house call was great. She was really happy an I would support this company again.

They were able to come out within a couple hours. The guys were very thorough. Couldn’t have asked for better. I would call them again.

We had an issue with our hot water heater so we called and Luis and Jason came to the rescue. They were polite and worked quickly to get us back in service. Highly recommend!

These guys have been our primary plumbing team since we've gotten the house in 2022. The owner of the house left us with stuff we didn't know he was having issues with. But, every time we've called Titan, they were there the same day to at least assess the leaks, even if they had to come back another day to fix them. They're prompt in their task, their time in & out, & their time when they say they can be there. They just got done replumbing our 2-story house in 4 days (today Thursday, July 10th) & they di the work necessary to make sure it was done correctly & if possible, the least amount of cutting of walls. Carlos & Victor were our 2 guys for the replumb. All of the guys we've had come through (7 times not counting the replumb), have been great, personable & in & out within 45 min to an hour. I highly recommend these guys & Titan for any leaks & such you have.

The dispatcher was very friendly and so helpful when I initially booked the call to have my tankless water heater serviced. They were able to come out the next day and were very professional. Both the lead tech, Luis and his helper Carlos figured out the issue and charged me a fair price for the work. I definitely would recommend Titan as an honest and dependable plumbing company.

Jason and Luis did a great job repairing a leak in my water line. They were very professional, arriving promptly, finding and repairing the problem, and were very polite. They explained exactly what the problem was and how they'd repaired it. I highly recommend Titan Plumbing.

Luis and Jimmy did an awesome job. I called today in the morning about a backed up drain line and within the hour they were here. Got it done super quick and at a reasonable price.

These plumbers at TITANS are the best I have ever seen in all my 63 years of life. I will never use another plumber again. They are # 1. If you are looking to get plumbing work done or have an emergency need, they are the only way to go. And their teams are both fantastic. I have used a couple of different plumbers at my park, I manage, and they are the only ones I will ever call again. And the office staff is awesome too. I have used Titan Plumbing quite a few times over the years. There have been smaller jobs and major jobs they have worked on at our home. Every time we have called, they have been able to come out same day. We have had 2 major leaks in our home with one as recent as yesterday. When an emergency like that occurs, you want to know you have a company you can trust and count on and Titan Plumbing is definitely that company. The owners and all the employees make you feel like your job is important and they really care. When I call, I request Jason. He has been a plumber for 20+ years. He is very knowledgeable, knows what he is doing, and is always on your side. He is fast and efficient. I have had other employees come out to my home and have never had any issues with them either. Their reports are professional and detailed. I will continue to call Titan Plumbing because they give me peace of mind when I feel like everything has been turned upside down.

Victor and Carlos were great, knowledgeable and efficient. They rearranged their day to accommodate me, due to threat of rainwater backing up into my house.

My special needs daughter flushed plastic flossers down the toilet and stopped up both toilets and my showers. I called at about 7pm. I decided to wait until regular hours to have them come out, but they were able to fit me in first thing the next morning. Carlos and Victor came out during the window that was promised, and they were able to fix the issue in less then 30 minutes. That’s including the time it took them to set up and clean up.

Had a leak coming from the pipes in my restroom, they came out to check what it was and lucky it wasn’t something major, they were able to fix it quick and were very knowledgeable about the work they do, if I have any plumbing issues, I would recommend Titan

Called because my shower and toilet were clogged and backing up into my showers. They came out the same day and fixed my issue quickly. I was quoted 125$ if they didn’t have to get on the roof. Luis and Jason were able to fix the clog and said their job has a guarantee of 30 days. I was happy with titan plumbing because they didn’t over charge me like roter rooter did.

Titan was quick with responding and scheduling me in. Their pricing was also within reason of my repairs. They were professional, on time, and honest about their estimate. No hidden fees. Thank you
