My AC/heating unit stopped working, and after calling several companies for estimates, I found Can Do Crew Plumbing & Heating. From the very beginning, the service was excellent. I spoke with Phillip, who was friendly, professional, and quickly set up a same-day appointment. Blake arrived on time and was extremely helpful—he explained everything clearly, walked me through my options, and made the process easy to understand.

They were able to schedule the installation of a new AC unit for the very next day, which was a huge relief. The crew that came out to complete the installation was efficient, respectful, and did great work. Overall, my experience with Can Do Crew Plumbing & Heating was outstanding, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service or replacement.

I had a good experience with Can Do Crew Plumbing. I called in the morning after I had an old galvanized pipe break under my kitchen sink, and Luis, their plumbing technician, returned my call quickly to schedule a time. He even arrived ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated.

Luis provided a clear quote upfront and had all the tools and materials in his truck to complete the repair on the spot. The job took about 45 minutes. Luis was professional and friendly.

I had a flooding issue that turned out to be a soft clog, and I had a great experience with this company. The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough in making sure the problem was fully resolved and no issue since. I’m very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

We had a large clog/item stuck in our toilet. I attempted to get it out or break through m, but wasn’t successful. Derek arrived, very professional and confident in his trade and skills. His communication regarding the steps he would take and may have to take if the first steps didn’t work, were clear and understandable. Derek is hard working, determined, very friendly and knowledgeable. He educated me on things I didn’t know which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend this company and of course Derek. Thank you!!!

All I can say is it was like a party having my AC installed with the crew they sent over. The Three Amigos ...Joe, Larry and Frank also known as Riley, Pedro and Diego ( real names) were fabulous!!
They were very knowledgeable and professional. High quality craftmanship. The unit itself was a top of the line sleek model. Very nice unit for a great price. My 2 story house went from 85 degrees to 70 in no time. I actually was looking for my sweater after a couple of hours with the new unit on. Highly recommend this company. Let CAN DO CREW do it for you.
P.s. My dog's name was Riley Patrick Newell...same name as the tech who installed my unit!! 😀

Luis was outstanding!! Explained what he was going to do with me at his side, so I could understand exactly what Luis was to fixed and/or replace. After he finished his work, Luis showed me everything to make sure I was happy. Workmanship was excellent!! Did a fabulous job!! Clean up very good. Tyler is the best! Or i may say, everyone in can do staff. I have been a customer for almost 7 years. I couldn’t remember their names who did services with us.They provide Good service, polite, knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and plan accordingly then execute. I highly recommend this company!

This company is very great!! Brain is an amazing person who takes time in explaining how the process of installing the ac unit. He also speaks Spanish and English!! This company makes sure to do the right thing and has amazing warranty. They have expensive prices so make sure you have some money saved up!! Hefty price but if you can afford it go with this company!!! They came out and gave us an estimate but sadly we can’t afford it:( Again, they make sure everything is up to code:)

My technician, Eric, was great. He was friendly and efficient. He gave me an estimate which I thought was exorbitant but I needed my service completed that day. $475 to replace a $50 part is ridiculous. Even taking into account a 100% upcharge for the part, that means labor (50 minutes worth) was $375. Now, I know the owner will respond with "we have to pay our employees and make a profit", but this is ridiculous.

I asked for an itemized invoice but was told they don't do this.🚩
I recommend Eric but 100% do not recommend this business.

From the initial visit, Orion was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. When he came to our home to gather information for the permit process, he went above and beyond—even helping my mother-in-law by holding our dog while she prepared the paperwork. Orion and Zachary did an excellent job installing our tankless water heater. We are very grateful to the Can Do Crew for their outstanding service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Jason was very professional. He had another co-worker there I don't recall his name. But both of them were very professional and kept their cool LOL, despite the major work that had to be done. I know I would have blown my lid, but Jason and his coworker tackled the job and got it done. They both went above and beyond to do the work. Highly recommend them. Whatever you're paying them, double it, you got some good workers here.

Derek really took the time to explain everything. Gave advice for our old house that was realistic for the current state of the economy. He gave high quality of service and didn't leave until everything was completed to his high standard. Down to earth, easy to talk to. Derek Can Do!

Water heater went out on a Friday afternoon called and had someone scheduled for Sunday but was called Saturday morning that they could come out and do an evaluation. Jason came out saw the unit and made several recommendations and explained the different types of water heaters that they offered and called to see if they had in stock n which they did. Said he could have a team out on Sunday. Later in the morning called and said he didn’t want me to go without hot water and that he could have someone come out in about an hour if that was ok. Said was perfect and they came out and installed the new unit same day. Jason was a great help and was very professional and knowledgeable about the types of water heaters and what would be best for us. I highly recommend anyone needing any HVAC, plumbing and any need to give Jason and the can do crew a call. You will not be disappointed

I had a great experience with Brandon fixing my AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough from start to finish. He clearly explained what the issue was, walked me through the repair process, and made sure I understood everything he was doing along the way.

What really stood out was how he took the time to educate me on how to properly maintain my AC to keep it running efficiently in the future. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I felt confident about caring for the system moving forward.

If you’re looking for someone reliable, honest, and skilled, I highly recommend Brandon. Five stars all the way!
