I was so impressed with Alex G and Arelic. Both were extremely friendly and professional. Alex G was so thorough, he checked all my bathrooms (5) for issues. Although I called about the water regulator. Explained everything to me so i could understand exactly what my issue was. Arelic was so kind helping me set up my appointment. She made it effortless. I will definitely share my experience with family and friends.

Guillermo was very professional, punctual and reliable during service experience. He was able to provide me with great details and understanding on what was going on with my toilet. Guillermo was very knowledgeable about the complaint and gave me a clear understanding as to what was going on. He was also considerate that i work from home and was very patient while I had to multitask.

We had an emergency and Daniel and Cristian came out same day to take a look at our leak. From the team at the office to the guys coming out to our house, the entire company was very professional and did not give me the vibe of being sleazy. They explained things to me in very simple terms and was sure that I understood exactly what was included in each package before making our decision. Will definitely be using them in the future. I called Cisnero Brothers for the first time to have my water heater serviced and possibly repaired for not heating water. The overall service was Superb. The ladies over the phone were polite and professional. Sergio, the Best Plumbing Technician, came out to service my heater . He did an excellent job with the installation of a brand new Navien tankless water heater. Great guy, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. Victor, the Plumbing Manager, did an excellent job at explaining my options and addressing all my concerns. Definitely a great listener, understanding and willing to earn my business. It is my general impression that Cisnero Brothers takes pride in hiring the best individuals to join their Team. Great job to Sergio, Victor and all CB staff.

Simple install of a new smart thermostat and everything was a smooth process. From scheduling the appointment, to a text alerting me the technician was on his way. Blake was a very courteous and professional technician. Had the new thermostat installed in no time and actually stayed around to make sure my app was working correctly with the new equipment. Great service, great company!!

We needed our HVAC and thermostat repaired and serviced and Brandon did an excellent job. He took care to make sure that we had a good understanding of what he was doing and how we could say money in the future. He was very friendly and professional, very put together. I was very comfortable with him in my home. I have to give. We have to give Brandon and the Can Do. Co, an A++++++++. Anthony came back Monday to finish the job and he was as nice and professional as Brandon!! Definitely glad we chose this company, your employees are top notch!!
Jason came out for a broken faucet, told us he couldn’t fix it and gave us an honest estimate on a new faucet and work hours. My husband is putting in the faucet himself, but Jason was professional and friendly.

Not sure how this company gets away with pricing.

Their answer to high prices: “we’re definitely not the cheapest, but not the most expensive”

Their techs seem like they go through some pretty good training in order to rip locals off.

First: Quoted me for a new AC and Furnace 16k. Went to another company that charged me 9k. 9k to 16k is a huge difference. This was for a 4 ton unit.

Second time: I should’ve thought first before calling them realizing they tried to rip me off the first time.

289$ to adjust gas pressure on furnace??? My friend who owns an hvac company in Lancaster charges 125$.

Elders, Women, and Men that don’t know any better, please take your hard earned money elsewhere.

This company is wayyyy too expensive!

I will never use this company ever again. There are plenty other hvac companies that do fair and honest work in Bakersfield.

The AC was repaired but there were also some hiccups. Thermostat was not installed flush to the wall, 1 recessed light was knocked loose because ductwork was installed over it. White caulk was initially used to try to put the light back in place leaving a white residue on the trim that doesnt come off. The bathroom vent had messy caulk residue as well that we just end up fixing on our own. Last but not least the portable AC units that they told us would not leak water did leak water on the floor and carpet. The AC works great it was only the additional added stress that we took points off for. The team members were kind in nature just not as precise with certain things mentioned above.

Light Fixture is after the wnd guy put the light back on. Its still a little crooked but better than hanging.
Update: Trust issues with services due to lack of explanation. They do come check out concerns when you call but a straight answer is not provided. Example: No one informed us water would come off roof in winter creating a puddle. After several calls the solution is an $825 gutter to redirect the water. This should have been included in my initial 24k spent. I end up having to do a lot of my own research on new HVAC units. It is annoying and frustrating. At this point its just something we have to live with.

Eric is extremely articulate, knowledgeable and friendly about all aspects of plumbing. He answered all my questions, as to why my bathtub was not draining, before starting the job. Even at the end of the day, he did not quit until satisfied it drained correctly. I have no reservations about recommending him to my family and friends. Eric outstanding job!!

Josh M. Was on time (no pun intended), friendly, and honest. He did the service quickly and kept me informed but did not push any unnecessary changes. I felt safe. I appreciated the hepa filter education and he answered all my questions. Highly recommend Can Do Crew and Josh!!

First of all they answered my call on a Saturday. No voice mail. Great price for a call out. No extra for weekends. Showed up earlier than expected. Very pleasant service man. And knew how to take care of my situation. Very knowledgeable.

Brandon was incredibly helpful with the installation of our new HVAC unit. He even went above and beyond by meeting me after hours when we were having issues with the unit at our rental property. His quick diagnosis was crucial, as we had guests staying who needed heat. I highly recommend Can Do Crew, and Brandon for his professionalism and strong work ethic, and overall reliability.

Alex came out and fixed the water valve that was fixed previously (incorrectly) on the side of our house and looks much better now. Thank you, Alex and Can Do!

This was one of the best experiences I have had with home services. Jason, our installer was professional yet down to earth. He spoke highly of his boss and the company. The installation of our new water heater went smoothly. We got a commercial water heater and all new parts at reasonable price. I am fully satisfied with the company and Jason and Adriel, his helper. I would definitely recommend this company for their services.
