Excellent service, great people, great prices

It takes a lot to impress me. But, these guys are by far the best in customer service. Ralph was kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right part. While there another customer explained to me how to make the repair to my grandmothers water heater. You won’t find this level of service anywhere. You walk in and you immediately feel like you’ve known them forever.

Was looking for a part for my old home. They did not have it, but immediately knew a store in town that might have one and recommended me to check that store. Sure enough he was 100% right. Thanks for helping me out. Great group of guys.

We have had a terrible experience with Bakersfield Winnelson. They gave us a minimal credit limit of less than $1000, and after leaving town, I found my account was astronomically overcharged. Investigation revealed one of their employees was signing off on transactions with smiley faces for an unknown runner, leading to inconsistent charging on my account we would have several charges from both my account and my card. The owner's wife even started stalking me on Facebook, referencing my purchases, because I refused to pay for the negligent charges. To make matters worse, one of my vehicles was stolen, and they refused to provide receipts to help with the insurance claim until I paid the disputed charges. They also disclosed my financial information to other employees from different organizations. We've recorded conversations that highlight their questionable practices. 🚫
