The Can Do Crew installed a tankless water heater at our residence about 5 months ago. We were getting a lot of condensation coming out of the second drain, so we called them back to see if everything was OK. They scheduled their visit for first thing Monday morning between 8 and 10, Alex G. showed up about 8:20, I showed him our concern and he knew exactly what to look for and how to remedy it. He found a pinched drain line, fixed it and Bob's your Uncle. He was knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to. I would certainly recommend this company and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs I may have. And since they guarantee their work, this repair was no charge.

We needed new drainage pipes for our women’s bathroom at the Fairfax Grange. The building is 80 years old and fragile. Marcos came out and assessed the problem and told us exactly what we needed and how much it would cost.

We’re scheduled a time, the work was done efficiently. I liked that Marcos and his helper Derek, answered all my questions. They also stayed until all the joints were dry and tested the entire system.

Phillip, the scheduler, texted me every time someone was on their way. The estimator was fantastic as well. He set the price and I thought it was very reasonable. If I have home plumbing issues, these are the guys I’m going to call.

These gentlemen did a great job. they were very polite and respectful I was told the job would take 5 to 6 days, but these gentlemen finished in four days. They also cleaned up after themselves they Re-piped the whole house and installed a tankless water heater.

Our heater went out so I called The Crew. I have no knowledge in this area so I hoped I wouldn't get scammed. Brandon assessed our situation and told us we needed a new blower motor. He said the warranty wasn't valid since they didn't do the original install and the job would cost $1,500. When asked for a parts and labor breakdown, Brandon told me they cant realy do that and it would be too complicated. We found the paperwork with the original installer and called him (Alex). He said that wasn't true, that it doesn't matter who installed it, the warranty would still be valid. So we got the new motor through Alex ($600 but was free under warranty) and after Alex went to install new motor, he came down and said the motor was perfectly fine, it was just a bad relay. Alex's fee was $225 for relay and labor. So now I can't help but wonder if Brandon wanted to make a quick grand. Alex even left the damaged relay on my porch with the invoice to show it was the cause. Alex has great business practices. Be like Alex.

Great Service! Great Team! Existing Water heater was bad so he came to replace. Upon replacing they found piping issues and quickly notified my wife and myself about the issues. He found the issues and had solutions for them. He contacted his team and they quickly came to support. I had no hot water so he was able to get his team to drop off a brand new water heater late in the afternoon. His main concern was not leave me without hot water and he and his team made it happen and got my water going!! I appreciate the detailed work that was done and the team that came out to help me and my family. THANK YOU!

I am satisfied with how the replacement of my HVAC control panel went. The Can Do technician was very professional and informative. However, I was also looking to get my water softener working again. When that technician showed up, he looked at it and said "we don't work on those units." After that, he convinced me to finance a brand new water softener system. I agreed to the $4500 cost. Shortly after that, since he wouldn't take a look at my water softener unit....I did. I tinkered with it and watch a few YouTube videos and fixed it my self. I have absolutely no experience in this kind of work, I'm just good with tools. I wish he would have taken the time to "work" on it. I ended up cancelling the installation of the brand new system and saved $4500. That's why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. I would recommend their HVAC services, but not the plumbing services.

Replaced old school water heater with new Tankless water heater. Excellent communication from start, beginning with an inquiry call to the front office thru final installation. Installers arrived at time promised and did not rush the job. When finished, I immediately noticed how well they had cleaned up the surrounding area of their work.
I’m a first time customer who will not hesitate to call them should a need arise.

I called to have my restroom sink replaced, the person who scheduled my appointment was very sweet and after hanging up I received an email and text with confirmation for the next day . The next day Luis arrived and he was very professional and did an excellent job, he replaced and explained the process. A few other issues arose during the process that needed repair and he gave me options I will recommend him and the can do Crew to my friends and family!

Can Do Crew was great. I was looking at 3 days with out heat given the warranty company's schedule. Can Do came out the very next morning after making an appointment in the evening in. Anthony H. was personable and asked if he could come in and our freely. It is a pet peeve of mine to have service crew knocking on the door everytime they need to come in. But it was also a nice touch that he actually asked to make sure it was okay. He was informative and communicative. Overall great experience.

Trevor came this morning after I called yesterday for an appointment to repair some running toilets and slow sinks. He was very knowledgeable and kind and finished the work perfectly. He also put up with my dog so for that he gets five stars! I will definitely use them again.

I called Can Do Crew specifically because they can do both heating and plumbing services- and I'm glad I did. Josh, the HVAC and Alex, the plumber both made me feel comfortable and informed about what was happening before, during, and the next steps.

Josh was informative- showed me pictures of the HVAC system in the attic AND explained to me what everything is and what they do. He was so knowledgeable and was willing to explain things to me that I felt like things were laid out in language that I understood. He gave me options of how I could move forward with the repairs without feeling any pressure to get those repairs done right away. I didn't feel like Josh (or Alex) were selling things to me just for profit, but were genuinely empathetic and understanding of my budget that he listed things in matter of importance so that cost is manageable. He gave me recommendations and was upfront with I could expect in terms of repairs and costs.

This was such a great experience overall. Thank you.

My impression of the tech and his work ethic was bad, he only power cycle my water heater and did nothing else besides telling me to buy a new one. I am also a renewable tech and got my meter to test and found coil was damaged a 17 dollar part fixed it and lost 60 just for someone to not even try.
