We needed to have a backflow test completed. Dave was here e exactly when he said he would be here. He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained the process. He completed the job as stated for the price quoted. I would highly recommend this company.

Advanced Plumbing's service was excellent. The technician, Daniel, arrived on time. He inspected the plumbing issue and proceeded to provide a quote to repair the issue. The quote was very reasonable so the repair was started and completed. Daniel was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When he was finished, he reviewed all aspects of the job with me. The work was outstanding, better than what was done originally.

Our water heater was leaking a lot of water and Advanced Plumbing was able to come to us quickly. Our plumber was Daniel and he was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

We had a clogged kitchen drain. Tony, from Advanced Plumbing, was great. He solved our clogged drain problem quickly and fully. We have had 3 or 4 unrelated plumbing problems over the last few years. I love their quick response time. I called in the morning for an appointment and had someone out that same day in the afternoon. This is not the first time I’ve used advanced plumbing. I appreciate the peace of mind, knowing that the job was done correctly, the first time.

Great service and decent price. Estimate amount which was only $65, went towards repair instead of separately like other companies. As we all know, plumbing issues are a nightmare. I sat on fixing my shower water pressure until it completely gave out. Plumber was out on time, very knowledgeable and respectful. Explained the problem and repaired it all within an hour and a half. Will never bother with any other company again.

My water heater was not working for over a month. I called around for service. One place I called, T***n plumbing, wanted to charge $225 just to show up and diagnose the problem. I called Advanced plumbing and they said $65 to come see what was wrong. I made a appointment for them to come around 3pm same day. They called around noon and said they had someone available early. Advanced plumbing showed up in 15 minutes. The employee was polite and professional. He fixed the issue in a few minutes and made it look easy. I was about to pay him the $65 charge and he said something you almost never hear from a business nowadays..."no charge". God bless that man and Advanced plumbing. I'll definitely use their service and recommend them in the future to all. Support good people and businesses.

We had a leak outside, which was getting worse. My husband called Advanced Plumbing and they sent someone over that day. The plumber was professional, prompt and friendly. He did a great job and even stopped by the next day when we had questions. We would call them again. Rob and Denise Crawford

My interaction with Advanced Plumbing was great! I needed the original shut off valves for my washer replaced since they froze up and were leaking. I had to shut off my water to the house to stop the leak, which was inconvenient to say the least. I had another plumbing company come out prior but they did not have the parts and had to order them which caused me to continue to be without water in my home. Their technician Christian was very professional and expedient in his work. Advanced plumbing carries 95% of the parts needed on their trucks which enabled them to get the job done right away. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Called just after they opened on Monday morning. They were able to get us in within a couple hours. They fixed our garbage disposal lickety-split. A little bit pricey but definitely worth it. Nice and fast. Great service.

Washer drain plugged up. Chris showed up and we discussed various options. Instead of going directly to his service options Chris suggested an option that I could first and see if that resolved my drain problem. I was not charged for Chris stopping by and he left. I tried his suggestion and it did not work. I called Wright back late in the afternoon and they said they could have Chris come by first thing in the next morning. Chris arrive promptly in the morning and had to work his butt off to get the line clear. He was very courteous and thorough. Advanced Plumbing has my highest recommendation.

I had a great experience with Advanced Plumbing. They were able to come out same day to fix a burst pipe. They were professional and efficient. While they were at the house for our emergent need I also had them fix some dripping faucets and service our water heater too. I will definitely call them again.

The technician that came out was (Chris) was incredible. He was knowledgeable, professional and on top of it. He explained the condition of the water heater and validated it was 20 years old. He provided me options and I ultimately went with replacing the water heater.

Our bathtub, shower, and one toilet started backing up on Sunday night. I called a different company Monday morning and they told me they couldn't send anyone out until the end of the week. I called Advanced Plumbing and they were able to send techs within 30 minutes. The techs were very friendly and professional. One of them explained each solution, the cost, and the benefits thoroughly. Once I decided which solution, they got right to work. Once they were done, one of the techs explained the work they did. I contacted Advanced Plumbing because my hot water heater pilot light kept going out. I have used them before and remember the good service I had received..this time I needed a new hot water heater. I was scheduled an appointment at my convenience. My new hot water heater was installed in approximately 2 hours. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable..I would definitely recommend them.
