Called America’s Best and spoke to Elly who schedule me fairly quickly to come out for an outdoor drain pipe servicing that was backed up. The technician arrived timely and took care of the issue. We have used this company several times and they have always arrived on time and taken care of our issues. Their pricing is pretty comparable to other companies I’ve called for similar services.

Chad and Tommy arrived at my house and were very nice. They are very professional. Within 20 minutes they had my kitchen sink line cleared. I had another plumber come out and only to tell me that they could not clear the line. I would recommend this company to others. This company is very reasonable on their prices and will work with you if needed. They get a 5 star from me. Thanks Chad and Tommy, you are awesome.

They helped my grandmother install a water heater and purposely stole the parts that the water heater company sent her! they knew she was going to call to install the part AND charge her again!! they think she’s capable of getting scammed because of her age. how sad!

Lady who scheduled the call didn't tell me the call fee was $125, which is high compared to another plumber I used. Tech came out and couldn't diagnose the issue and told me to call the water company. Water company told me immediately what was wrong and said call a plumber. Apparently, America's Best Plumbing tech can't figure out simple issues. On top of that, he acted like he didn't want to be here and made pointless small talk before collecting the call fee after doing nothing. Never using again.

Second time now using America’s best plumbing. Had leak in the attic that was starting to cause damage the ceiling. Called the home warranty to see my options but they weren’t able to come until later in the week. I called American best plumbing and they were able to come the very same day. Just like first time using them they were on time and very professional. They went up to my attic, found my leak and repaired all within an hour. The best thing was that he was able to call the home warranty and was paid through them.
I strongly recommend them if you are in need of repair or a service. Professional. Knowledgeable. Reliable.

Had water leak and broken cartridge in the shower valve. I was worried because the water leaked and may damage the wall. Called for emergency service and they arrived within two hours. The plumber took a look and told me that I had to replace the entire valve that would cost $775. I asked if he could remove tha cartridge and replace it with the new one to see if it worked. He said it would work and proceeded. However, as he drilled the cartridge he also damaged the valve such that I was left with no other choice than replacing the valve as he stated early. Ended up paying $120 ($125 for the call fee but got $5 discount) for half an hour of the damage he made. He recommended to replace the valve but I refused because I saw how the business works. This is my first time with the plumbing issue in the house so I wasn’t knowing who I should call. I googled it and found couple plumbers with high reviews, but I guess this one does not work for me.

I called America’s Best on an emergency call out at 10:30 pm. They came out within the hour and fixed my leak that I had and was able to get water restored. I have since used them and nothing but great service. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

After having a couple other plumbers come out to quote us to fix our shower faucet leak, we called America’s Best Plumbers and that was the best decision! They got here within an hour and jumped right to it! They got the issue fixed and saved us hundreds of dollars by simply being friendly professionals that care. Quality service for good pricing! Jacob and Angel made quick work of an ongoing leak issue. They were very professional and helpful in answering all of my questions.

The shop I work at called these guys out on 2 occasions for a leaking pipe and a clogged toilet. Both times they left a flooded(sewage water)floor and left the mess for us to clean up and never fixed the issue. Would never recommend.

I used America's best in 2021 for an emergency after hours water heater replacement. Tech got here pretty quick so that's why I put two stars. I paid the after hours cost which was a little over $2,600. Steep, but not really complaining about the cost. My complaint is that the other day I noticed leaking and corrosion on both the cold water in and hot water out lines. I called them up and talked to Russell who asked for pictures. Waited about 4 hours and no call back. I had to call back and he informed me that it was going to cost $150 to come out and repair. I've never seen corrosion and leaking that quick on lines before. Russell even admitted that the guy used material they normally don't because it was a late job. I understand that the warranty of 1 year expired but you'd think that since he mickey moused it the first time they'd want to make it right because of the high cost I spent. Nope, needless to say I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. Work and customer service is poor

Service call with mainline drain cleaning and clog removal from the roof , was only $125. They showed up 30 minutes after I called . Licensed and professional. CALL THESE PEOPLE FIRST . I know will.

I called 4 places while I was away from home at work trying to find someone to fix my leaking toilet. Thank God the last company I called gave me their number. They were Quick, Clean, and concise at remediating the issue, and even found another issue that was unaware even existed from the other Plumber carelessly putting in a part inside the toilet as well.

America’s Best Plumbing was excellent! We had a clogged sink drain in a bathroom causing all kinds of problems, and they came quickly. While they were here, they also helped me with a small problem with my washing machine water hook up and totally fixed everything. They were on time, professional, and affordable. I definitely recommend America’s Best Plumbing!
