We unfortunately had to replace all of the plumbing in our 1976 home, include the water main. It was daunting and stressful and the thought of dealing with a company that may not do right by us was concerning. We got a couple of quotes from different companies and decided on The Plumbing Doc. They were incredible. They were on time every day, as this was a multiple day job. They're craftmanship cannot be beat. The idea of having multiple strangers walking through our home was uncomfortable but they were so polite and courteous. When there was some dust and debris on the floor they literally grabbed a broom and swept it up. The entire crew was incredibly polite. They communicated with us the whole time and we felt very confident in their abilities and in having them in our home. This plumbing job was completed approximately a year ago and we can attest that we have had zero issues with their work. A personal note that meant a lot to me was that they have the suicide hotline on the side of their work vans. I deeply respect that dedication to spreading a positive influence in our community as I have known many people who were victims of suicide. For multiple reasons, I would highly recommend The Plumbing Doc and if we ever need plumbing services in the future we will definitely be going back to them.

Tankless H2O Heater yearly Maintenance went well.
Two friendly workers jumped right in and fixed it up for another year without any issues.

We had to have a new sewer line installed - they were very professional with coordinating between PG&E, the cement workers, and their own crew. It was done in a timely manner.
We also had a leak below our tile floor with our water heater. They were able to avoid breaking up the tile floor by rerouting through the attic. Can’t remember all the details, just know they didn’t have to ruin my brick wall in my kitchen or the tile floor. Problem was solved. Also they are quick to come out. Very pleased with their service.

With the year we have been having, it was no surprise to wake up the morning we were going to meet with the oncologist to find out our water heater died. Of course it did...

Thanks to a fellow Moose recommendation of The Plumbing Doc, I reached out and they gave us an estimate and arranged for guys to come out to meet us after our appointment so they could check it out and advise. It was quick, easy, reasonably priced and relatively painless. We had a new water heater installed by end of working day. We were very pleased with the process and are grateful for The Plumbing Doc for having us back up and running.

I was surprised at the quick response. The second surprise after the quick response was the professionalism of the crew who made a quick shower repair on an older unit I had. Very impressed with the staff and the speed of service. I would highly recommend this company to.

They repiped our whole house. They did the job quickly and professionally and with little disturbance to our house. The price was also very fair. Definitely will be using this company for all of our plumbing needs.

Rick and his team at A1 Services go above and beyond! He arrived at our 1930's home and completed a total re-pipe in 3 days. The team plumbed everything from the street, throughout the whole house, and all the way back to our studio and laundry room. By the end of a fast and efficient job, Rick completed everything he was going to do surpassing expectations! My husband and I are highly satisfied and would defiantly recommend anyone out there in need of an awesome plumbing crew to hire A1 Services!

Had a leak and my dining room ceiling fell to the tabke. About 6ft corcle. House needed a repipe bad. Copper pipe was from 1982. Rick and his crew were lowest of 3 bids and was on it immediately. Quoted a 3 day job and sent extra guys to get it done in 2 days. Did a wonderful professional job and his guys are top notch professionals. Will use fircall my plumbing needs. Highly recommend A-Plumbing.

Rick and A1 services were phenomenal! I had my water heater go out on New Year's Eve. Rick was knowledgeable and super helpful when it came to fixing my water heater. He was flexible with my schedule and very reasonably priced. A1 came out quickly, replaced my water heater and removed the old one. Definitely took the stress out of a very stressful situation- Great customer service!
