The Plumbing Doc. is very reputable plumbing company in Bakersfield. I'm using this company for my business needs as well as for my residential property. Very reliable and dedicated employees. 24 / 7 services whenever you have any plumbing problem they willing to help. Owner of the company always is able to explain you where is the problem and give you option how the issue can be fixed.
Never call anybody else. Strongly recommended company.

I had a kitchen sink blockage and water leaking from the washing machine in the garage. Tim came out from Plumbing Doc and fixed both issues in less then 30 minutes. Tim was knowledgeable and polite. Because of Tim I will definitely keep Plumbing Doc in mind for any other Plumbing needs and I would without doubt refer Tim and Plumbing Doc to a friend.

Does not provide an invoice! They require a payment in order to get the invoice! Would not provide an invoice for a work done on my property! Front desk people are rude! Would never use them again! All jobs done on my property are required to have a invoice To even get paid, which was never provided with the work done on the property. I never said I wouldn’t pay for it! How do you pay for services without a bill! I will be contacting the BBB! Slumlord oh my god really that’s why it got fixed in 30 mins! This response just shows how this company runs! Junk!

My bathtub backed up just after the Thanksgiving Holiday, and while I tried various commercial drain openers and a snake, the clog was immovable. Called The Plumbing Doc and set up an appointment for the next morning. They were right on time, and the technician, (A.J.) was patient and professional. A.J. went right to work on the bathtub clog, and within 20 minutes, had the drains running free once again. Great service, reasonable fees, and everything explained.

I've used The Plumbing Doc three times now for various plumbing needs and have been very pleased. They've shown up at the scheduled time, been very polite, and are reasonably priced.

My rental property is under water and I have a 2nd baby on the way this summer. Yesterday, the tenant called and said the water heater pilot light doesn't work and keep going off (luck is down and bills piling up). Being far away, I googled about ten water heater installation company and asked around to get a feel for the pricing. Plumbing Doc said they will go over to my house and diagnose for no charge. I was amazed because no other company do that. Anyway, the son of the owner of Plumbing Doc went over to my property and adjusted the pilot light and cleaned the filter, which may fix the problem 95% of the time. The tenant got one decent shower and the pilot light went off again. Plumbing Doc went over to my property this morning to diagnose again, then I realize that I may have to replace the entire water heater.

We all know that this is a costly repair and installation. The beauty of my experience was that after Plumbing Doc went over to my property twice and provided their services, Plumbing Doc owner said to me, "... the work that my son did for you yesterday and today was FREE." Then he immediately hung up.

Now, I really can't afford to replace a new water heater (still looking for a way to fix this). And I can barely pay Plumbing Doc services. So, I did the only logical thing I could think of. Go on google and yelp to spread this experience.

Had a problem with my water heater. Timing was bad for me. Husband was out of town on military training. Called The Plumbing Doc, and he gave me a fair quote and showed up same day and voila, it was fixed! He actually gave me a discount as my husband is in the military. He also gives law enforcement discounts, too. Totally recommend him. Honest, fair, professional and knowledge and broke things down easy for me, the non-heater technical person, to understand! Thanks!

Great company to use for all your plumbing needs. I had Jacob come out and help me with a main line sewer stoppage. In no time he had my house up and running again. Now whenever I need a plumber I call The Plumbing Doc and always refer them to my friends and family.

These guys are experts!! What I thought was a simple toilet install turned into something much more involved with tree roots growing up into the line. They took care of it. Fast. They were on time, quick , friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and reasonably priced ! I am a realtor locally and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Tim and JJ did an awesome job. Tim re-evaluated what was needed to remedy the problem which reduced my bill from 7-800 dollars down to $250. Very professional and efficient service. I will be requesting them in the future for any plumbing needs that I have.

The 2 men who came to assess our situation regarding our plumbing issue went above and beyond what I have experienced with past plumbers, even going onto the roof and snaking our plumbing from there which did the trick. They took time out to talk to us, answer our questions and offered longterm solutions. Even the receptionist at the office was very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use them again. IF YOU EVER NEED A PLUMBER USE THE PLUMBING DOC, THEY ARE AWESOME.

Had a nice young man by the name of Jarred come out to fix a previously fixed water faucet which was still leaking. He quickly recognized the problem and got his tools and repaired it to my satisfaction. He took his time to insure that everything was clean and correct. He was very polite and explained every step he took to repair the problem.

Toilets and showers backed up. Made an after hours call. They came out within 2 hours because they were on a job when I called. Had it all fixed and cleared up in no time. They were great! Prices were reasonable. Will be using this company in the future.

I love these people. Jared was hugely competent and quick and helpful He's a really good man and a great plumber. The girl who answers the phone for the plumbing doc is also competent and helpful and extremely nice. They're the best. I will always call them and highly recommend them.

There is no way that The Plumbing Doc can get anything other than five stars. Imagine this: Toilets and showers back up at 5 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. Call home warranty and they say that they will have someone out on Monday.

Ummm, sorry to be gross, but between three people in this house, someone is going to need to use the bathroom between now and Monday. So that's not going to work.

So at 5:30 I do a Google search, I find The Plumbing Doc, and I make a call. I was told that they would have someone out within an hour. TEN MINUTES LATER, there is a knock on my door. He left at 6 p.m.

You read that right. Our plumbing backs up and after dealing with home warranty nonsense, we called, tech showed up, and we were clear to enjoy our bathrooms within an hour. THAT'S AMAZING!!!

Also, Tim, the technician, was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff. (I know, I could have replaced stuff with another word that starts with S that would have made a funny pun, but I wanted to keep this family friendly).
