They took care of a really difficult faucet reinstall. They have to cut the faucet out because of the way it was installed during construction. Two other plumbers before them didn’t have to tools to do it safely (without damaging the backsplash and the countertop) and didn’t want to do it.

I had Juan come to my home to replace a line under my kitchen sink. He came out within 30 minutes of scheduling my service. There was an odor coming from it. Since then I have not had the odor anymore.

Can not say enough good things about our experience with Chris. Entire system was clogged (no shower no potty) and with a 2 year being sick and the only that makes her fell better is a bath at the moment we needed help. HPS came out the next day and was done with in an hour! And a side note we were ready to pay what ever it cost to get our plumbing going again as soon as possible and HPS was the first to get out here and were half the cost of other local plumbers.

4/25/25: they now offer air conditioning and heating service! Right now until the end of April the service will be for $89. Today they assigned Julian to do my AC service and he was quick and prompt !
4/4/25: fast forward a little over a year later, I should have replaced the water heater when I had them come out and look for the quote. I noticed it was leaking two nights ago. I called their 24/7 phone number and somebody answered it was around 7:00 p.m. what a relief! They had an expert technician come out first thing in the morning and brought me the brand name that I wanted to install. Pricing kind of expensive but I don't have to worry about picking up shopping hauling or installing. Better to hire a professional! Also the tech that was installing mine, cut his finger while taking the water heater out of the package. And he continued to work! Kudos to Manny to his hard work and perseverance even though he had a work-related injury. He waited for backup to arrive and when they did they took over and finished the job. So also thanks to Vincent another expert and his apprentice at finalized the install of my much-needed water heater.
11/20/2023: I called concerned about my water heater. Eddie came out inspected what I have and explained the situation very thoroughly. He also gave me a quote if I want to replace an upgrade my current water heater. Since he was here for HPS, I showed him the backwash that was corroded. He will be replacing that for me next month. Great attitude and very friendly and explained everything so that me as a female can understand! I highly recommend using this company. When I called for the appointment on Friday they gave me a Monday appointment.

I had HPS replace an old bathroom sink in my old house. Julian and Rudy did an excellent job removing an old sink and replacing it with a modern sink. The workmanship and fit was excellent. It was a job few others would touch. Donald White.

My water heater died on a holiday weekend. Call their dispatch. They were clear with the price for coming out. When Eddie the service provider showed up, he was kind courteous and honest with me about the cost of replacing on a holiday. Eddie came back the very next day and took care of my water heater. Professional 100% of the time. An extra part was needed and it was bright to my house quickly!

I had Julian and Daniel do an air conditioning service on my unit. They were very professional and courteous and explained everything they did in detail. I think my ac is actually running better than before and now I’m ready for the summer heat.

Great job completed, looks fantastic great team workers 110° out there the guys worked on sub base laid down a brick sub structure no more cracks in the concrete. It really looks great and will be there for years to come.

Called them around 8-9 am. HPS was at my place by 11am. Respectful and very knowledgable. I watched as Brady ran a camera through my drain and seen my line needed to be replaced. I was explained the steps needed and how long it would take. I understand it is all a estimate and as bad and expensive it might be. I feel I called the right team. I will update once job is done with before and after pictures and any snags which are expected.

Manny Marcias from HPS arrived on time, communicated with me throughout the installation of my water leak detection system, and left the area neat and clean. It took nearly 5 hours to complete. I have confidence in HPS technicians as licensed tradesman.

Had a significant water leak in a pex manifold. HPS came out on time, assessed the repairs needed and gave a thorough and reasonable estimate - far less than two other plumbing companies. Took a few days for parts to arrive, but the replacement was quick and professionally done. Very appreciative of their professionalism, communication and fair pricing approach. Brady Rowe was the plumber - very respectful, professional and pleasant to talk with. Overall, HPS was a bright spot in an otherwise stressful situation for us. Johel was our HPS plumber, he was excellent! He diagnosed the problem with leak behind our refrigerator and ordered the part that was needed. Came back promptly the next day when the part was here and fixed the leak quickly within an 1 1/2hrs. He was very kind and professional!

I called HPS Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon for a clogged shower drain. Rudy from HPS was here within the hour. Rudy was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in a timely manner. The job was much bigger than originally expected. The pricing was surprisingly affordable. I would definitely recommend HPS Plumbing and Rudy again.

I had a faucet spraying water in my backyard. I called HPS and they came out very quickly and repaired the faucet. I had another plumbing company out that same day and was told they couldn’t fix it that day as it was a very complicated job. And they wouldn’t be able to get to it for a few days.
Not only did HPS fix it the very same day. Their price was very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier and I can guarantee you, If I need a plumber in the future, I’m calling HPS.
