Post-covid prices are put at a premium, but Charles was prompt, professional, and proficient. He energetically and expeditiously exchanged our water heater efficiently. We had great service from the technician from Bakersfield plumbing company. It was on a weekend and had a leak in the ceiling, he got here quickly, text when he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable answered all our questions and did a great job, for it being a weekend call the pricing was affordable. Very impressed and will definitely call them for any of our plumbing needs.

To start i had an issue with my kitchen sink drain pipe looking further in i decided to have all the plumbing replaced due to the fact that I live in an older house that was built in 1939 and figures it would be best to replace it all to have peace of mind and to prevent future issues. Bakersfield plumbing came out gave me a quote of $13,000 which to me was a fair price, i also had the water heater replaced for an additional $5,000. Workers were great had no issues with how they conducted themselves. HOWEVER, their Superviser continuously rushed them took people off early to work on another job, and would pull them off earlier each day (even the workers were super apologetic). Due to the rushing the job was "done" in a week and a half last December. Within 3 months had to have the water heater replaced by them(due to manufactureer defect not the work). Another three months and had to have them come to fix a broken supply fitting behind my garage due to over torque because they were rushed(first picture). Then again had the same issue 5 months later behind my house(second picture). Overall their workers are great however their Supervisors need to prioritize their jobs better and if it takes a bit longer to guarantee the work then it does. After spending a total of $18,000 to have the pipes replaced I'd expect to not have these issues for 3-5 years not 3-5 months

Bakersfield Plumbing worked as a solid team in assisting me in acquiring and installing a new water heater. Associate Ramon and installer Fernando provided friendly and quality service throughout the process.

Fernando was here all day fixing the 90 year old plumbing from the water main into the house through the water softener! It was a big PITA but his perseverance won the day and I again have water without leaks in the joints!! Thank you Bakersfield Plumbing and Fernando for your excellent service!

Bakersfield plumbing clean hour outside trains that wrap around our patio and the north side of our house. They were here and done within the hour. Didn't even leave a mess. We've been using because for plumbing 30 plus years. In my opinion best plumbers in town.

Charles H was my plumber and he did a great job! Actually came iearly, was friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Very professional. The repair was actually more consuming than we originally thought and Charles rolled with it and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Bakersfield Plumbing Company for any of your plumbing needs.

Jeremiah Rinker service technician for Bakersfield Plumbing did a great job. He was knowledgeable, quick and courteous. They also were fast in scheduling the appointment and the communication was excellent.

They are HORRIBLE!! WHY do they have such high ratings??! The first time they did NOT show up when they clearly said they were "on their way" was an oversite. But nope! Several years later I needed help and called them, they made it clear what time they would come, even called me to confirm and NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!!!!! Are they paying for their high ratings!????

Your response to me was a total LIE! I DID answer your phone calls and I WAS waiting for you to show BOTH times. So dont lie to the public!!!! Don't make excuses!!!

During an inspection it was determined that my 30 y/o water heater needed replacement by your service tech. I asked for an estimate and was told $1150.00. This sounded reasonabe and I asked if labor was included in that and was told yes . After the new heater was installed I was given an invoice for $2487.00 which included charges for valve repair. On the invoice the price of water heater was $2150.00. I looked the new heater (State model GS6-40-BCUT-450) and the price was $1000 less than $2000. When I called Bakersfield Plumbing I was that the higher price include labor and hauling off old heater, none of which is mentioned in the invoice or explained to me before the job. I was happy with the service but was charged too much for the job.

I called Bakersfield Plumbing and scheduled an appointment to get my leaky tub faucet repaired. The day the the appointment, the technician called me several times and was not able to get a hold of me. The office called and left a message saying that I need to call them and possibly reschedule. The office was still able to get a technician out the same day even though I missed my scheduled appointment.

The technician, Charles, was very efficient and and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix the issue.

The cost of the repair was more than I was hoping for, but less than what I was prepared to pay. Over all, I was very happy with this service.

Exceptional service. Charles H was very professional and efficient. My garbage disposal and sinks were backed up. He arrived in a timely manner and resolved issues. I am very pleased and appreciate his responsiveness, I highly recommend Bakersfield Plumbing.
