From start to finish, our experience with Payless has been wonderful. The friendly lady I first spoke to was able schedule an appt. for the very next day. Bryan, the plumber, was awesome. He showed up on time and was both kind and professional. To top it off, he found the issue right away and it was a quick fix. We were so thankful!

All-star tech Bryant brought us immense peace of mind on our emergency Sunday call today. We found a leak coming from inside a wall, and he came prepared with everything he needed to cut into the wall (carefully and locally after hearing the background and doing a little detective work of his own on-site) and fix the leak. Bryant was careful with the drywall he removed, so I can reinstall and seal it once everything dries out. He answered our questions patiently and thoroughly before leaving us with a clean fix and a secure home. Both helpful and friendly when we called the after-hours line, he made us feel like we’d called the right company, and once we ended the call, he got here fast, too! With zero attempted upsells and a terrific attitude the whole time, Bryant has definitely earned our business for the next time we need a plumber.

Edited to shout out Mike as well, who made a scheduled, preventive, quite large repair for us all in one day, even after things proved more complicated than we all expected. All-star service again!

I had a great experience with Payless Plumbing and Rooter. Each step of the way I was happy. Great communication, reasonable price and most importantly my issue was fixed! I reached out on Sunday and I left a voice mail. I didn't expect for anyone to reach out to me that day but I received a call from one of the plumbers which was a great surprise. I explained to him what was going on and he said he was available that same day but he was on double time. I told him it wasn't emergent and would be willing to wait for a weekday for regular pricing. The following day, Kim reached out to me and scheduled me an appointment for Tuesday. SADLY, I wasn't home that day, but my husband was. He liked the service and was pleased. Devin was very informative, polite and respectful he said.

Call them a month ago to do a gas leak on the pipes the guy came and supposedly fixed it charged me 375 at first he said he didn’t find then supposedly he did ,month after I had to call them again the smell never went away n I only called them because thought maybe it would be cheaper since he had already came and didn’t fix it we still had same problem so he comes and said he found more leakings and that he had to replace the whole pipes about 4000 estimate my husband thought he didn’t know what he was doing and said ok well he charged us 125 for coming out we wanted a second opinion so we called another plumber same day they came and said there was a loose pipe and 4 other different leakings replace them and reconnect and problem solved there’s no smell of gas anymore so yes am very unhappy with this company this guy name Devin Long don’t know what his doing .

Bryan was very helpful. He told me what I needed and told me where I should go to get it. He even 🙏 with me. My wife is very sick and he understand my situation. All of your employees are great. I would never call anyone else. Thank you so much.

I had an excellent experience with Payless Plumbing & Rooter from start to finish. They were perfectly able to accommodate my work schedule and their communication was excellent. Justin the plumber fixed my problem(s) not only in a timely manner but with three noisy and annoying fur babies trying to supervise him!
I greatly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. The price was truly reasonable and I am happy knowing that I now will have no stress in knowing who to call.

We usually call around however, we have used PAYLESS PLUMBING for the last two issues with our house.

They are always quick to help us quick for an appointment and their technicians are always super professional, courteous funny and happy go lucky.
Today I had BRYANT BENFORD come back and repair my leaking faucet outside. This had me worried because it had been running the meter for weeks. Bryant assured me he could fix it and get our problem resolved.
Bryant showed up bright and early for his appointment and got right to work. He explained everything and had patience with me and my husband was on the phone as I was explaining everything to him.
I hope I never have to call them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate and I hope I can ask for Bryant Benford!! thank you so much

AMAZING 15/10!! Justin is the best of the best. So timely, so professional. He got the work done fast and truly went above and beyond. As a company I’m so pleased with Payless Plumbing. They were able to work around my scheduling conflicts with grace. Communication was wonderful. Pricing seemed fair to me and very straightforward and transparent. Even if I could find the work for cheaper I’d still go with Payless bc the service was so seamless and stressfree. I really felt valued as a customer. Thanks to the whole team but especially to Justin!!

Felt the total price was misrepresented by the plumber. Was told they needed to get a part from Home Depot and that they charge $125 an hour, and it seemed like a fairly simple job (utility pipe leak) but then he called me and told me the total was $320 for 2 hours plus $70 in parts. Really was just under the impression I wasn't getting charged $125 for driving to get a part. If I had been made more aware of what the total would be, I would've literally taken off of work and gotten it for him. Just disappointed I'm out half a weeks wage. For an hour of work + buying a part
