I had several contractors bid the work. Rescue Hero's Plumbing's price was very reasonable. They started the trenching (170Lf) on Monday, laid piping on Tues, ran feeder lines and had the State inspector out on Thursday. Job passed on first inspection. Trench was filled in and compacted that same day. Absolutely amazing work! I have moved these guys to the top of my vendor list! Did I mention, they travelled out of town to do this job!!

I am very pleased with Rescue Hero. They were very responsive, calling back quickly and answering texts promptly. Wyatt was very professional and answered all my questions. He gave me options and explained everything very clearly. Definitely will use them again. They pumped our septic and gave it an acid wash.

I am a little late with this review but I have to brag on these guys. It was the day after Christmas and my septic was backed up. Couldn't get anyone out there the day of but these guys made it happen. They did a great job explaining to me everything and super helpful and friendly. I would use them again. Westin from Rescue Hero Plumbing came out early this morning for what I thought was a clogged toilet, but it turned out to be an issue with the main line. Westin diagnosed it quickly then fixed the problem fast, and the price was super affordable. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Incredible service and response time. We had a main sewer line clog/break. We called them at noon on a Saturday for an emergency appointment, they arrived within the hour and by 4 pm they had completed the replacement of 30 feet of pipe underneath the dirt driveway. This was a fix for my grandparents home so they sent me pictures before and after the job was completed. The payment system was online and easy. Plus the job has a one year warranty. Rescue Hero Plumbing came out and really rescued us from a possible disaster. They are available 24 hours, and they do their work with speed and mastery. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of our Septic System. They repaired a broken pipe leading to our septic tank and did it in half a day.
